I have been using this company for years, obsene range of flavours, always deliver very quickly, great prices. Big thumbs up.

Absolutely love this company, very helpful customer service very quick delivery and their own brand vape juices are amazing,especially the wham bar and cherry berry. I would never use another company. ELFC you are the GOAT!

Wide range of flavours, some a bit overpriced but generally good value. I would like the delivery speed to be more consistent... it varies between next day and next week.

Ordered 4 items on sale (after the 2pm cutoff) arrived 2 days later well packed!

Went for 2 flavour profiles I sometimes struggle with, a Custard & a Mango, both smell like I should enjoy them!

Gonna mix them all up now, will update if I have any issues (doubt i will!)

Honestly the customer service experience can be improved but im satisfied with what i ordered, I'll be ordering more!

I recently tried the Holiday and Anarchy e-liquids from the Punk Juice line, and within a day, my tank was completely ruined, covered in white web-like cracks. These e-liquids weren't advertised as potential tank-crackers on the website, despite containing menthol and citrus, which can sometimes cause such damage. Had I known, I would have chosen different flavors or used a stainless steel or Pyrex tank.

I contacted customer service to report the issue, hoping for a resolution or compensation. However, they dismissed my concerns, claiming their e-liquids don't contain ingredients that could damage plastic tanks, despite clear evidence and similar reports from other customers. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

Additionally, I left a review on their website to warn other customers, but it never appeared, making me question the authenticity of the positive comments on their site.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again and advise others to be cautious.

Wow, have spent £100s over the las year with this company and on last order I had a dodgy liquid that completely ruined my tank seals. I asked if I could have a refund for that one (probably £10 worth) but they just said no one else has had any problems with it and they can’t refund under those circumstances. Business sense? For the sake of offering a refund or even a voucher for next order they prefer to part ways with a customer. I’m very surprised but guess I will now deal with other companies. Liquids and deliveries have been good, apart from that one. But I can’t deal with a company that won’t trust their clients on a minor thing like that. I’ll close the door on they way out. Thanks

The best company by far had exactly what i was looking for , the prices are very good and the selection of longfills is absolutely amazing orderd sunday night came tuesday which is very fair as the deadline is before 2pm . For anyone looking to order i would highly recommend it, just so you know you do not get an email confirmation of your order so please be aware but you do get delivery confirmation from the courier which is great iff i could give 10 stars really i would this company is exceptional

I have ordered from ELFC 4 times now and they're prices are excellent and ordering is really easy. I have ordered the same concentrate every time Nasty Juice Slow Blow and the ready made Pg/VG base mix, but I have looked at the vast selection of ejuice and it is second to none, no doubt in my mind that no other company comes close to this one. Delivery has always been next day, or if I have missed the deadline time it has always arrived the day after. Well packaged and secured. In my opinion if you are looking for a company that can deliver an excellent all round experience then look no further.

Another order received next working day using the longfill special offer this time.

Used elfc a few times and only have positive things to say. Huge range of longfills and other diy items. Good price for vaping needs and pocket friendly. Always received my parcel next day and nicely packaged.

I've been using ELFC for quite a while now. Their service is always top notch, and if there is a problem (and it's rare) they do everything they can to rectify it.

I don't understand the negative reviews, elfc are amazing! Great value, great juice and always amazing service 10/10 :)

Failed delivery now I have to fight to get my money back. Again. Avoid at all costs. When I got the delivery time I turn up at the delivery address and waited with the lady who I had asked to take the delivery as I was not sure if I was going to be at home. No one turned up but after checking the tracker they said they had handed the parcel to me. I would like to see the proof of that. I doubt it very much .. been down this road before. that law states it down to the company you ordered from to ensure you get your good and not the delivery people. They will try to deny it .. with out proof of a photo of me holding the package they now owe me money.. Will not be using this site any more. Once i get my money back .. Where is the proof of delivery??????

If your item just doesn't turn up then the retailer is in breach of its contract with you, and your consumer rights take effect.

I entered a contract with you not DPD. You where in breach on contract.

How unfair would it have been on me of the parcel just vanished? I enter into a contract with you. Not DPD

Liquids range is good but I just have to give this company a 1 star because every time I have ordered (more than 20 times) with next day delivery it has never come the next day. When I email them about this they just say the same generic stuff and have NEVER ONCE offered me even a coupon or my deliver money back or anything at all! If I pay £3.50 for next day delivery I expect next day delivery!!!

on the 09/03/23 i placed an order & today the 10/03/23
i get an email saying been shipped yay, normally within a couple of hours you get a message with tracking number ie in my case DPD but oh no not a sign of tracking number, so i emailed this company who told me get in touch & we will give you the tracking never happen what a surprise, know this parcel is suppose to arrive by the 13/03/23 but with no tracking & arranging for parcel to be be click & collect as i have to work, this is my first & last order with these fools & never come across a buisness like it in 10 years of vaping AVOID....

These guys are probably the best company I have used for concentrates. Havnt had a bad flavour from them and have been using them for years. Orders are usually spot on and posted very quickly. Any issues are delt with promptly, the customer service is amazing. As close to perfect as you can get.
