Very disappointing - would have enjoyed it if it had mentioned the children’s names. Too long. We never showed the children and requested immediately a refund because of our disappointment, but no refund has been forthcoming.

Wow. My son daughter-in-law and my three year old granddaughter are travelling Asia Thailand and New Zealand so sending a physical gift was going to be difficult , but the excitement this created Was fantastic, she has watched it at least 5 times a day since. And said to me via the tin-ta-net granddad the real Santa knows my name he knows I’m in Vietnam he sent me a message then he called me as well. , the quality of the message the attention to detail was brilliant and was the perfect gift , seeing the real Santa for her made her Christmas, so as she walked around afterwards she kept pointing at the Santa's the ones with sunglasses on and telling everyone they where sante cloush saying your not the real Santa. He knows me , A perfect gift for a three year old miles from home. I Can’t thank you enough for the wonderful memories it has created for us all.

Been getting Elfi videos for a few years now and it's one of my favourite Christmas traditions! Every year the video is more beautiful and magical than the last. This year my daughter found out the truth so it was a bit sad but some the middle of December she still asked me when the elves were bringing the Santa video! Another beautiful Christmas video, easy to customise and fast delivery. Perfect as usual

My daughter was very happy but I was unhappy because I ordered a video with a call and no one called us.

Video delivered on time and was better than expected! My 2 and 3 year old absolutely loved it. Although, the raccoon was a bit random but we went with it🤣. Thank you. Will definitely use again next year.

The detail on the video was amazing. Very high quality. The kids were amazed by the personal touches thet were presented making them feel like it was truly a personal message from santa.. Very much worth the money.

It exceeded my expectations, great depth for a video, my children loved every second of it and got really excited on Christmas Eve. They asked if they could go to bed early so Christmas Day would come quicker.

I was so looking forward to creating a video from Santa for my two and a half year old grandson . I viewed a few choices and after selecting the winner added the personal photos and added information . I received the video within twenty four hours and viewed it for myself before sending it . It was so magical ,and the personal touches were amazing . My grandson was over the moon with it and wanted to watch it again and again being personally named and the interaction kept his attention all the way through .I Will definitely be doing another for next Christmas without a doubt and have recommended to others . Thank you so much for a little boys smiles and dreams .

This is my second year of having a video made for my great grandsons and both times they have been riveted to the television watching it and then wanted it transferred to their ipads.
