Incredible creation and my kids loved every second of it. They’ve gotten used to it each year now that they look forward to Santa’s message before going to bed on Christmas Eve. Such a magical moment with my kids thanks to Elfi.

Ordered letters 12-17. It is now Jan 5 and santa letters never arrived! Kids were soooo disappointed santa didn't write them this year. Such a sad let down.

I do this every year for my three grandchildren. Having more new Santa videos would be good since I am running out of with three of them each year

Turn around time & quality were incredible

The kids enjoyed it, however I have to say this year video was longer than the previous year 2024 or perhaps there were additional things that didn’t have to be there, which made the video feel longer. In my opinion, there were unnecessary adders in this 2025 video, so the kids lost interest quickly while we were watching it. I would suggest next time to create a shorter video focus more in Santa Claus rather than his helpers.
Overall, the 2024 video was more engaging than 2025 video.

Magical. I wasn’t expecting much after seeing it on a sponsored ad last minute on Xmas Eve but gave it a go and it far exceeded my expectations.

Very customisable and personalised with lots of options to choose from. My children were enthralled. The video was great quality and created a lovely experience.

I used the express service as it was already 5.30pm of Xmas Eve and I needed it before my children were going to bed and it was ready within the time frame specified.

My children loved it and their reactions were priceless. Would use again.

I was amazed on the details of the video. It was so magical and brighten my day when I saw my son’s face when he watched the video. His whole face lightened up and the special moment of when he heard Santa said his name it was worth the price. Thank you for this amazing video. Even as parents it made us feel special too. I wish this was out when I was a young girl.

Very well done production. The options to select for Santa to say were quite diverse and captured our children so well. The call at the end was a nice touch too!

The. Movie was really cute. The call from Santa did not work. I never received a call. All we could see was Santa on the phone moving his mouth. That just kind of messed up the experience

There’s an option to choose child name and hear it pronounced by Santa and even though I chose the correct one two year in a row Santa has got my daughters name wrong. And I messaged support twice over it with not one reply.

Holy moly, was this ever a treat! Honestly I wasn't expecting much, just a couple of minutes of stock footage with the odd AI sentence thrown in but my god was I pleasantly surprised with the results. It was SO much better than I was expecting and gave my family (3 kids, 2, 4 and 7) that Christmas magic in a way I never could alone. The sheer joy, awe, wonder and excitement on my children's faces made this video worth every single penny and has created memories that will last a lifetime. Seriously thank you so much to the team at Elfi for the incredible work and product they have created here, sincerely one of the best purchases I have ever made - also an excellent example of a positive use of AI. If I could give this 100 stars I would.

I think it should have been a little simpler. It could be that my boys are 2 & 3 years old. It didn’t keep their attention long enough to get to the parts that were personalized.

My girls loved it! The funny part was that step-dad didn’t have any other option and how Santa says “he’s such a great guy” made them giggle. You’re able to choose the option in what you want Santa to say and it veers to the little points of “hey I know you!”. It was cute, playful, and fun to watch my children enjoy 😊
