Disappointed
The products are cool but my parcel was left outside with no signature in a very un-safe place and the customer service team really did not make an effort to make the situation correct. Really disappointed.

Terrible Experience - AVOID
I ordered two items from France. I live in London. I only received one item and not the other. The item I received was too big so I sent it back. I have tried to contact the company more than 10 times by phone and via the website. I have still not received the second item even though I have been charged for it. I still have had no refund for the item I returned.
I have now contacted my creditcard company to report them as fraudulent.
