We sold our flat in Kingsdown, Bristol, through Elephant and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. Alec was our main point of contact throughout the process and he was brilliant. From the initial valuation, Alec's expert knowledge of the local market and wider industry was very clear. We were also very impressed by Alec's transparency in making sure we understood that many of Elephant's competitors would be cheaper.

Elephant were worth every penny! We got an offer for the asking price after two weeks on the market, which was around the timeframe that Alec expected. Alec was responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the sale process, and extremely proactive. We had some issues with solicitors elsewhere in the chain and Alec fought hard to get it sorted, and to keep us in the loop. When Alec took annual leave he was covered by Sam, who was just as brilliant - friendly, honest, proactive and communicative. The sale went through and Elephant were instrumental in making sure that it did.

We would recommend Elephant to anyone, 100%. Whenever we have to sell our new place we will be extremely lucky to find estate agents anywhere near as good as Elephant again! It was a pleasure to deal with people with real integrity. Heartfelt thanks to Alec, Sam, Matthew and the team!

Elephant acted for us on our sale and purchase in Bishopston and they were absolutely amazing. It was a really long and tricky process, with various bumps along the way, but Alex and Dhani were so supportive, helpful and pragmatic. They really supported us and there were times we thought about giving up and I honestly think that if it hadn’t been for their unwavering support and unbiased advice, (especially Dhani as the agent on our sale), we would have.

We spent a long time in comms with Dhani as our sale took a year, and his knowledge and years of experience really shone through. He knows his stuff! It really felt like he had our backs at times, which is what we needed. Both him and Alex were friendly and warm, and always communicative.

In fact, everyone we spoke to at Elephant was super friendly and no matter who you spoke to, they’d be able to help or give you the update you needed. Their client service is second to none. We recently sold our home on Ash Road with the help of Elephant. The sale wasn't completely straightforward, but Alex and the team were fantastic from start to finish.

Alex was always available when we needed him, kept us updated throughout, and worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line and helping us move into our new home.

Although we didn't buy our onward property through Elephant, Alex was still incredibly helpful and supportive with that part of the process, often stepping in and helping where other agents didn't. He went above and beyond on numerous occasions, helping to navigate a tricky chain and resolve issues before they became bigger problems.

We engaged Elephant Estate Agents Bristol to handle the sale of our flat in Dec 2025 and they did a fantastic job.
Their marketing process is very slick and polished, they commissioned excellent photographs and put together a really smart prospectus. This developed a lot of interest very quickly and they worked diligently conducting viewings then swiftly securing a suitable offer from properly vetted, reliable buyers.
We were appointed a lead contact who proved invaluable to us, but in actual fact every rep we had cause to deal with impressed with the same level of considered, conscientious professionalism. This is clearly an ethos they have successfully cultivated to the benefit of the whole organisation. They respond to emails very quickly but will often call too and this is something we really appreciated. We found talking with them conversationally did a lot to engender confidence in us.
Another thing we really enjoyed was the sense that the whole office is familiar with your case and that they are working together to make a success of your sale, they clearly communicate effectively and work well as a team.
Furthermore, we felt they struck the perfect balance looking after our interests and advising us in such a way to nurture the interests of our buyers too. We really came to appreciate how important this diplomacy is, especially when managing some of the unquantifiable (and frustrating) aspects of being part of a chain.
Their skill for diplomacy and organisation really comes to the fore when dealing with the chain too. They are clearly well connected and highly regarded by other agents and conveyancers alike. They represented our needs perfectly and helped shape the timeline to achieve completion as expediently as could have been expected.
Finally, it's important to note that they are prepared to do so much more than simply market your property. They readily offered sage advice to help guide our purchasing decision making too which was so so valuable especially to a couple neither of whom are native to Bristol. They bring to bare considerable expertise when it comes to knowing the Bristol housing market.
We honestly can't recommend Elephant highly enough and actually it all really does matter because when you have the unfortunate experience of encountering bad agents (as I'm afraid we did with our sellers), well... it just really matters.

They helped us to navigate challenging situations, making the process as stress-free and and as smooth as possible. All staff are hard working, extremely friendly and supportive, but the most noticeable feature is their genuine honesty. We viewed 20 houses in Bristol, and it was always a relief when we viewed with Elephant - properties were appropriately priced, the team were knowledgeable about the house, and any known property-related issues were transparently presented up-front. In terms of our sale, Alec guided us to an appropriate asking price, meaning we had plenty of quick viewings and offers on day 1.

We went with Elephant after a recommendation and some not so great experience of other agents.
