I feel like the technicians in that place no nothing about their job, had a vacuum send there through elgiganten because of problems with the battery and specially with the charging time. they tried to blame the filter for blocking the motor and entering a safety mode. weirdly i never had issues with the motor. Then they tried to blame i vacuumed debris beacuse the filter was colored red, which was caused by dust around the cat litter from the cat litter inside and on top of it the filter was cleaned every month but hey i expect after almost 2 years the filter needs to be super white because they send me a picture to compare a new filter with a almost 2 year old used filter. they insisted on their point and then tried to explain me i cant use a vacuum to vacuum dust. weird stuff.

all in all worst technicians i had my stuff checked.
if you get your stuff send here through elgiganten then i will pray for you because the service is insanely bad.

Electronics er et seriøst firma med god service og en hjemmeside der fungerer.
For en privat amatør som mig, ville det hjælpe med billeder af reservedelene, også det små ting, som jeg stod og manglede.
Heldigvis havde hjemmesiden en fin søge funktion, så det lykkedes at finde mine dele. Meget positivt og endda overraskende at finde reservedele til Stabilus bloc-o lift systemet her hos Electro-Nico.
