I had a longer conversation with Manoj and asked him a lot of questions. He handled everything in a very smart way by recording a short video directly on my system via remote access. The video answered my questions clearly and efficiently. Very impressive and genuinely helpful.

I am currently testing the builder, and it does feel a bit confusing at the beginning, but the support team consistently provides useful tips and guidance, which makes the learning process much easier.

Divi 5 introduces many good ideas and new features, and if the bugs are fixed it will be excellent. However, for RTL languages it still has more problems, just like Divi 4, which I had to solve with custom CSS and extra time. On the positive side, my experience with the support team was very good — they were responsive and helped me resolve the issues.

Divi is not only a great product, the service and support is also of high quality. There is always someone qualified able to quickly answer and help, no matter the situation you might encounter.

A revolutionary company with excellent products and customer support. Their new Divi 5 product is on par with the iPhone announcement back in 2007. Divi 5 is truly a work of art and engineering that I truly appreciate! It is a huge leap from their previous Divi 4, and leagues ahead of anything else I tried.

I pay for Elegant Themes VIP support and never feel like it's a waste. I may not need it for months but when I do, they always come through. The team is excellent and my most recent interaction was with Goran. He was able to answer my question and get me on the right track with a single response ... my question was abnormal (they always are), but he went into their testing sites, played around, and figured out how to do what I needed on the site I was working on. Then he explained in detail with a screenshot and I was able to fix the issue with just a couple settings changes.

Yes, Divi 5 still has a lot of bugs, but customer service is really good and helps you fix these bugs. I think there are better brands in webbuilder, but the customer service satisfaction at Elegant Themes is unmatched by most brands, so it definitely deserves 5 stars.

Elegant Themes (Divi) is the only site builder I know that offers quasi-real time support online, and direct insight into your site with code-ready solutions. I always loved Divi as a site builder, better than WP Bakery. But their levle of customer care is just peerless for a site builder. I just had an example today: on the front-end, I had an unsightly gap between 2 sections of a page. Typically, that's an easy fix with adjusting the spacing/padding in the module. Here however, the settings for the spacing were default blank. the solution was found by tech support at Elegant Themes, and it involved a bit of CSS in the correct modules. Something that had taken me over an hour of tweaking with no acceptable result, was solved in 10 minutes by Divi tech support. Super valuable. The amount of time wasted on small tweaks adds up to very large re-work costs. Having Elegant Themes tech support at the ready to walk you through the issue to full resolution is amazing.

I have been a Divi customer since very early on and although I am not a "web developer" or professional web designer, I have become one with the help of Divi. I create the most amazing websites and now with the divi cloud, there really isn't much more you could ask for. Everything about Divi is easy, even adding custom CSS- and the possibilities are endless. I was just working on merging two sites together today and had to take a moment to give thanks to the Elegant Themes team for creating this incredible product. I just cannot imagine life without it.
