They fixed my old 2080, site (at the time) offered a £30 diagnostic charge after which they would invoice you the cost to repair. sent it to them and they told me one of the memory modules was faulty, paid them, they fixed it and returned it. diagnostics took a little long but I wasn't really in any rush. overall good value for money
