SPOKE TO TECHNICAL AND THEY WERE VERY UNHELPFUL TO SEE IF I CAN BOOST THE HOT WATER SOMEONE FROM TECHNICAL JUST SAID YOU WILL HAVE TO ADD A UNVENTED CHLINDER I WAS LIKE. WOW IVE JUST PAID OVER A £1000 FOR THIS BOILER.
BASICALLY DONT USE THIS COMPANY SHOCKER ALL ROUND, THEY DIDNT EVEN COME UP WITH A SOLUTION IN A WAY OF HELPING. I DIDNT MIND PAYING IF THEY CAME UP WITH A SOLUTION. TOTAL CAME TO (£1600 JUST FOR THE BOILER) THATS NOT EVEN THE BOILER ISOLATION VALVES NUT OLIVES ALL ADDITIONAL EXTRA, NORMALLY YOU GET THE ISOLATION VALVES WITH A GAS BOILER. TOTAL I PAID WITH EVERYTHING WAS £1900 SCAMMING COMPANY.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

Our product information, including hot water performance and operational specifications, is clearly detailed in both our sales and technical literature. Electric combi boilers have fixed output capabilities, and it’s important that the model selected aligns with the required hot water demand and flow rate performance expected in the property. Higher flow rates or multiple outlets in use at the same time will always require greater boiler capacity. Domestic single-phase properties are limited by the power supply, which in turn limits instantaneous hot water production. To achieve higher flow rates, this inevitably requires a hot water cylinder or upgrading the property's electricity supply to 3-phase, so the user can select a boiler capacity that meets their performance requirements.
Our technical team advised installing an unvented cylinder because, based on the hot water usage you described and the expected flow rate, it is the only viable and cost-effective solution to meet your required flow rate. We appreciate this may not have been the answer you hoped for, but we always aim to offer accurate guidance rather than provide misleading alternatives.
Regarding accessories such as isolation valves, these are not supplied with electric boilers by any manufacturer, as system configurations vary and installers typically select components that suit the installation requirements.

My boiler stopped working. Rang EHC and they couldn't be more helpful. Very efficient and friendly and quickly solved the problem. Definately recommend EHC.

The patience, understanding and knowledge, given to and shared with me, on my recent contact with EHC has been excellent. I have communicated with EHC, on a few occasions and have always found EHC to be easy to access and always extremely helpful and courteous. My recent contact, with EHC, stemmed from horrendously complicated issues (not of their making) with my internet service, that had knocked all my internet connections off. EHC, were one of my contacts ,affected. It took a lot of time and patience, to get the issues sorted out. Throughout my contact with EHC I was treated with immense patience and courtesy, by their agent Rob. I cannot praise him enough, for how he put me at ease and helped me navigate, the complex issues I was faced with. In Rob's absence I was, also helped by his colleague John and he, too, was extremely helpful. If a staff 'award scheme' exists I'd put them both up for recognition. Well done EHC.
