I had an extremely frustrating…

I had an extremely frustrating experience using the Elearningatwork platform. The system constantly lags and freezes, which makes it very difficult to stay focused or make any real progress.

The biggest issue is with the end-of-module tests. Despite being completely confident that I selected 100% correct answers, the system repeatedly fails to validate my results. Because of this, I’ve had to retake the entire module multiple times — in my case, over 15 attempts — without success. This is incredibly discouraging and feels like a technical fault rather than a user mistake.

On top of that, the course itself is unnecessarily long. This was supposed to be a first aid e-learning module, yet it has taken me over 7 hours so far, and I still cannot complete it due to the validation issue.
The interface is also not user-friendly. Even though I read quickly, I’m forced to wait for the voiceover to finish before I can move on to the next page. This slows everything down and makes the whole experience feel inefficient and outdated.
Overall, this has been one of the worst e-learning experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of technical glitches, poor design, and time-consuming structure makes it extremely frustrating to use.

What an absolute joke.

What an absolute joke this is. When i can read the entire content before the idiot narrating it has read one sentence. 13/15 is a fail and you have to resit through the entire content again listening to that droning slow monatone voice. This course is nowhere near engaging wanting to learn.

Nightmare to use

Well the is the third year with the same issues and here we go again. Logging in to start with.. why change the email every year? It causes nothing but chaos. Some of the courses you can have the questions read to you but others not. The first aid course especially. This does not help dyslexic user especially when you insist on asking backward questions like `what is NOT… blah blah blah. My other colleagues have all had logging in issues. I finished a module and I have the certificate for but it’s not showing as it completed?
Now support! What support! Yes really. When your work has allocated time for you to take these courses and you can’t log in you get in contact with support.. do they respond straight away? Noooo hours later I get an email not even a call.
We buy a bulk block of courses and every time we want to allocate a course to someone at work we have to call and it can be time consuming for a member of staff doing this every time.
Finally it’s about time you updated your courses.
