The company that puts you off playing a game

I have been asking them for a number of weeks to fix a glitch with Blades. The issue was supposedly escalated to a specialized team on 27/6, but I haven't even heard from them. If you want to be ignored, try Bethesda!
I haven't even had an acknowledgement that they are looking into the matter. It's quite clear that they just don't care. They eventually came back, but only to ask if I still had the problem. It isn't going away just because you ignore it, Bethesda. Having told them that I am stuck, this is the nonsensical response I had from their escalations team. "Thank you for the follow up reply and I am very glad to hear that your issue has been resolved. As always please let us know if you have any other questions, issues or concerns and we will make sure that you are taken care of." As at the 13th of August 2020, I am still waiting to get some sense from their supposed escalations team. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I soon ended up stuck on another issue and needless to say have been ignored again.

Great games from Bethesda

Recently caught great deals on Steam fro Bethesda games Elder Scrolls and Fallout collections, and I must say that either of those purchases is always a money well spent. Skyrim also gets in that category. Keep up the good work Bethesda.
