Mrs Froom’s review: Delivered quickly and with follow up texts to make sure I was happy. Very easy to use and mixes well with the aid of the ‘whizzer’! I would recommend either the chocolate or vanilla product to make as a shake or a hot drink, as the plain does taste in coffee in my opinion. No obvious results as yet as it’s early days for me!

Tasteless powder I put in drinks or yoghurt. My hair nails and skin are so much better and my joints aswell, no more pain from my right knee. Thankyou.

Placed my order and it arrived super quick. I ordered the chocolate powder and I mix it with milk and it's really good. I've only been taking the gummies and having the milk shake for a week, so it's early days, but I'm looking forward to feeling the benefits soon.

It was really easy to place the order.
It came with some really helpful extras.
I was sent the wrong flavour mixture but the team were very apologetic and qucik to send out the correct order.
The communications is really good as well as the helpful tips and suggestions.

On 2nd Feb. '26 I bought a 3 month supply of Elavate collagen supplement for £79.50 based on the promise in their advertisement that they would give a refund if I wasn't satisfied. I bought on the understanding that this was a 'one off' purchase as I did not want to subscribe to ongoing supplies and subsequent payments if I was not happy with the results.
The company say that it takes 2-3 months for the effects to become apparent. After 10 weeks I had not noticed any beneficial effects whatsoever and requested a refund 3 times. The request was ignored.
I was informed that my 'subscription' which I had not signed up to, was to be renewed and that a further payment was to be taken from my account.
After going onto their website I was able to cancel my subscription and again requested a refund.
I received an acknowledgement to say that the subscription had been cancelled however there was no mention of a refund.
Catch 22 - There's a problem getting a refund after the time they say it takes to see results. What are customers meant to do? Does this constitute a scam?
What do you think? I know what I think.

After weeks of watching and researching i decided to order , ordering was super easy and delivery was fast. I ordered the chocolate on subscription and I have to say it tastes amazing, no grittiness either . Very happy 😊
