I paid for a Korregan recurve bow at £54 but AFTER payment was made I was informed they needed id from a passport or similar. I could not see how this worked on the website and nor could I get a telephone number for help. The only telephone number ( I researched)was reported as useless since the answerphone service was said to be full. I was suspicious and cancelled the order. Given the positive reviews here I will continue trying to contact and will revert if necessary.
I have now heard from EK and been assured that the bow is in the post and that I don t need photo id. This was done promptly and by email, but sadly still no telephone number for help. I have updated to 4 stars in the expectation that the bow will arrive on time.

After purchasing a cobra RX adder crossbow , stupidly I damaged it , I contacted EK archery and explained what I had done and asked where I could get a replacement, I received an email back from the wonderful Chloe who went above and beyond for me , I received a new part within a week , fantastic service , highly recommend, Thank you EK archery and thank you Chloe 😁

These people make top quality crossbows I currently own the R9 cobra brilliant product there after sales service is second to none many thanks for all your advice,help and service I'd highly recommend this company

I recently purchased a crossbow that is manufactured EK Archery and contacted them directly (bypassing the retailer) regarding a small issue that I was having with the crossbow. I was contacted extremely quickly and my problem was resolved in rapid time with maximum efficiency and faultless communication.

I must say that the crossbow I purchased is of an extremely high quality and was very reasonably priced.

After sales is a key element for me when purchasing anything so well done EK Archery. I will definitely be buying their products again!
