Frustrating communication
A month ago I made a bigger order. One of the products they sent me wasn't the one I ordered. I had to send it back (on my costs) and they promised to send me the correct one. That still hasn't happened. I tried to contact them several times, but they always reply only with some copy-paste message, that never answers the question I ask. The communication is very frustrating.
Update: they've sent me money back, but only for the product, not for the shipping of the wrong product back, which I had to pay and to which I sent them the receipt.
