A good solid firm from start of project to finish including good aftersales care. Very helpful with design and potential issues going forward with the project.

I’d strongly advise caution. What appeared to be minor issues at first ultimately pointed to deeper dysfunction driven by leadership. Financial dealings, particularly around final settlements, were handled with a troubling lack of clarity and fairness. Promises made during negotiations frequently went unfulfilled.

There’s an undeniable gap between the company’s image and how things actually seem to operate. Would not recommend to those expecting integrity or reliability.

I found Eibe a very easy and friendly company to deal with. There were no issues and the equipment I ordered, a slide, was delivered and installed on time and was of excellent quality.

Eibe was a difficult company to purchase play equipment from to begin with. They do not try to make things happen smoothly or on time.
Further down the road we realised that the timber was low quality, rotting and not standing the test of time. We attempted to claim against their own warranty. The process takes months while the UK arm refers this to the head office in Germany. The warranty claims were rejected for ridiculous reasons in order to get out of their responsibilities. We had to provide evidence and it felt like a battle. This is not how I expect a professional play equipment supplier to behave. I would never recommend and I would warn others not to be taken in by the pretty pictures in their catalogue.

eibe are a very helpful company. Able to answer any question quickly and without hesitation. They have an amazing range of wooden products which not many play equipment companies can provide.
