After seeing so many bad reviews I wanted to shed some light as a long term customer. I have been shopping with EHP Labs for 8 years now, and they are personally my favorite supplement brand. I recommend them to everyone. I have tried a wide variety of products. I personally shop through the app, and I have ALWAYS received my packages within a week of ordering. I have never had delays or issues with the product.

I have tried their oxyshred, which is great and works well. I have recently switch to their non-stim because of medication, but the vitamins and other supplements are good for me. The flavors of everything are also amazing, definitely on the sweeter side but everything is the best I have tasted when it comes to supplements.

The Acetyl-L-Carnitine is a staple for me as it actually helps with ADD/ADHD symptoms which I struggle with. It's unflavored so I put it in water and it helps me stay focused throughout the day.

Lastly, their oxywhey. I love their protein powders, best drank cold but they are so delicious I could drink them anytime and they don't upset my stomach at all. I wish their prices were cheaper, but for what it's worth the products are just amazing. If you want them cheaper they do participate in Amazon sales when they happen so keep an eye out.

Many reviews dog on the website, and customer service. I have never needed to interact with customer service, so I can't speak much on that. I switched to the app the last few years instead of the website because an app is easier to stay logged into.

Absolutely awful customer service

Extremely poor and misleading customer service.

This is now the second issue I’ve had with EHP Labs( first is + 1.5month delivery!!!), and honestly I’ve never experienced such a minable service.

I contacted support because one protein tub was missing from my order. I was explicitly asked by their support whether I wanted a reshipment or a refund. I clearly replied that I wanted a reshipment, as I ordered the products because I need them.

Despite this, Juan from customer service processed a refund anyway, completely ignoring my request. I was then told that reshipment was “not possible”, information that was conveniently communicated after the refund had already been done.

To make things worse, they blamed their AI assistant for the mistake, which shows a complete lack of human control over customer cases.

As a “gesture”, Juan then offered me a 10% discount code, which is frankly insulting given the situation. I didn’t order proteins to get a refund and a 10%! discount code, I ordered them to actually receive the products.

This is misleading, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for customers. If reshipment was never an option, it should never have been offered in the first place.

I strongly do not recommend this company. There are plenty of better brands with real customer service

Terrible Service.

Save your money. Oxyshred and the Greens taste absolutely awful, borderline undrinkable. There’s no satisfaction guarantee, and customer support was dismissive rather than helpful. For such an expensive product, the lack of quality control and accountability is unacceptable. Definitely not a brand that stands behind its products.

Very poor customer service. My order was placed during a promotion and confirmed multiple times. EHP later canceled and amended the order without notifying me. When I reached out with evidence, I was met with accusations instead of accountability. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Ordered $130 of products, waited 1 month, Aust post app said delayed, finally they advised StarTrack returned my order to Ehplabs. Ehp did not advise me nor offer a refund. I emailed them several times, they replied more than a week later with no explanation and will refund. Ehp was happy to keep my money and products and not inform me. Never buying from them again!

Bought Oxyshred online however I realised it wasn’t what I needed so tried to cancel less than 10 hours after purchasing. To be told they don’t do refunds and they can’t cancel an order.

Do not recognise or honour consumer rights, will be contacting trading standards. As I feel the way this is being operated reeks of a scam.

Tracking still not live.

Customer service is like talking to a robot. No sympathy for their customers and they don’t care. They won’t give names when replying to emails. Will never buy from them again. Made an easy solution so difficult for me.

I made a single purchase back in 2022/2023, and I have been bombarded with junk mail ever since. The worst part is that their "Unsubscribe" process is completely broken, likely by design.

When you click unsubscribe, their website forces you to manually re-enter and confirm your email address to "opt-out." I have done this multiple times over the last year. It does absolutely nothing. It seems to function only as a way to confirm your email is still active so they can send you more spam.

If you are thinking of buying from them, use a fake email or prepare to be harassed forever.

Fantastic products… when you actually receive them.

Almost a month I’ve been waiting for an order, being lied to via email with customer service staff, absolutely doing avoiding lifting a finger to investigate why my order still clearly hasn’t left their warehouse.

Buy from a retailer that cares about their customers and probably sells at cheaper price

The products are amazing, but support staff via email was a terrible experience.

I ordered 20 days ago around their black friday sale says its shipped but cant track it and the customer support is non existent its a scam website do not shop here!

Awfull customer service. I ordered 2 weeks ago. No information nothing. Please cancel both orders

Terrible Black Friday customer service, not only was I on their website the second the sale released and majority of items were sold out but now I've waited over a week for product and I still don't even have a email to say its been sent??? What sort of business is this. Love their products but willing to find someone else is this is how the operate

Missing two items in my order. Box was packed like a three year old with sticker not even attached. Disappointing for their Black Friday sale.

I opened a can of oxyreds and I found a metal screw inside. I tried to contact the company but they didn’t answer me. Don’t buy this product

Love the oxyshred so I decided to do a bulk order online with a few other things. That's where it all went downhill, didn't get any update with tracking I reached out a 2 weeks later to find out what was happening and they said this. Unfortunately, some of the items you ordered are no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused, and we thank you so much for your patience. We have now processed the cancellation and refund for your recent order. Which is a lie because because on the website everything I ordered is still showing in stock.

I placed my order and wanted it canceled after i realize two of the products had meat by products. Apparently I was talking to AI because by the time I got a human being it was passed the 1 hr window they said it was nothing they can do especially because it was sale items. That's unacceptable and scamish. Even if i refuse it they wont refund me That's $130 dollars lost. Do not place an order or try to contact them you'll be taking to AI. They literally blamed the fact I was talking to AI being the reason I could not have my order canceled.

Their shipping and handling team and customer service is an absolute joke. I had absolutely no communication regarding the tracking of my order until FOUR DAYS after the package was delivered.

Considering the atrocious mistake on their part you would think it would be an easy fix for their support team. Unfortunately, their incompetent team made me go through loop holes like contacting Amazon. After I provided all the evidence and I asked for several updates and sent numerous messages, THEY GHOSTED ME. I had to file a complaint about them to the better business bureau in order for them to give me a refund. Their blatantly foolish support team didn’t offer to replace the items nor did they even apologize for all of my time that they wasted.

They are an awful company.
