Do not trust the reviews that you read on that website, I gave a bad review to à seller and it is miraculously deleted, then I asked to the so-called "webmaster" to delete the bad review that that very same seller gave to me and.... they need the consensus of both of us!! Ridiculous, I never gave consensus to delete my review, I didn't even think it was possible but apparently it is. When I asked for more info they blocked my email address :D , not only ridiculous but also coward management

I honestly do not recommend it, I tried to issue pneumatic cartridges.
After creating the account, the guest wanted to "activate" my ID card scan! (this applies to buying).
So send a scan of the proof, and then count that it will not go "somewhere"

ENG (DE unten) No money, no goods, seller still trading on the platform

End of 2018 purchased a gun via eGun, beforehand asked the seller if he delivers outside of DE (but still in EU), got confirmation and a quote. Paid, sent an import/export license and then the fun started- seller made multiple typos in the address, added a non existing ZIP code and to top it all the phone number was wrong as well. Once informed about that he stopped replying to the emails, later wrote that we wanted delivery to another country which makes it complicated. Couple of weeks later he replied to our inquiry that the gun has been delivered; asap called the courier and company confirmed that it‘s not delivered and both parcels are on the way back to the seller and he will need to decide what to do. Next we heard that the seller has failed to submit the right transportation documents and once submitted both parcels will be sent again. Then courier informed us that one parcel is now on the way but second is missing. In the mean time, licenses expired, we warned the seller that we cannot accept anything if license is expired. Since early February we have been sending emails to seller and calling the courier trying to understand what‘s going on... Seller is refusing to return the money. The platform- eGun- is informed since March but the seller is still actively trading! Unfortunately cannot recommend this platform.

DE Der Verkäufer liefert nicht
Der Verkäufer hat an falsche Adresse geschickt (nicht an die mitgeteilte), dann per Email bestätight, es sei geliefert. Der Kourier hat bestätigt es ist nicht geliefert, alles sollte wegen der falsche Adresse und falschem Handynummer zurück an Verkäufer gehen, dazu noch ein Paket von zwei verloren gegangen ist. Seit Januar haben wir ständig die Sendungen verfölgt, mit dem Kurier telefoniert und den Verkäufer nachgefragt, jetzt sind die Lizenzen abgelafen, keine Ware gelifert und fast 500Eur weg! Der Verkäufer will kein Geld rückerstatten. eGun ist seit Anfang März informiert, trotzdem handelt der Verkäufer auf die Platform weiter!
