Told to change order, and no free chocolates
Order had to be changed - after I had chosen and paid for my preferred bouquet, Customer Care emailed me to say that it was unavailable and I was to choose another one, of the same value, with no explanation given. Then when the bouquet was delivered (or should I say "dumped under a bush", but I've complained to Evri about that), the parcel did not contain the free chocolates which the website stated would come with the selection. Disappointing.

Didn’t turn up
My order said it would be next day - I had a notification to say on route and later got an error message to say my package had been destroyed - next day they said it would be delivered again and the flowers when they arrived looked like they were a month old. Dead and broken - I suspect it was the original package. Real shame as this was a birthday present for my sister. Really awful and the second time this has happened on the trot - not using them again

I ordered flowers for a birthday and…
I ordered flowers for a birthday and put the wrong house number on the order. I went on customer service chat and was told it could be changed. It was well in the time scale to change. The flowers got delivered to the number I had changed. It took plenty of emails back and forth to get them redelivered to the correct address. Won't use again

Take a gamble.
No communication possible, no phone number, no email address just a computer not giving you the answers you need.
If you are concerned about your delivery for a very special occasion being delayed you just have to sit and wait
Very frustration.
And to top it off they are delivered by Evri who are no different.
I will be buying my flowers elsewhere in future.
