Never again!

I ordered flowers for my sister’s 60th birthday paying extra for next day delivery. They did not arrive on the next day. When I contacted eflorist I was offered a delivery as soon as possible or a refund. Since the delivery was missed I chose a refund. No refund was forthcoming and they delivered anyway. The flowers that arrived were of poor standard and would probably not be put up for sale in a garage!
I would not recommend this business and won’t be using them again.

Ordered the middle choice of flowers six roses and white mixture of flowers only six roses and one small stem of white
Cost £30 not happy
Delivery was prompt ordering was easy but very small bunch of flowers
