SCAM / DIFFERENT PRODUCT ALL THE TIME - SAME SCAM
I ordered a product on 1/17/26 paid in full. They indicated the product was coming from Iceland, with lots of "updates" on delivery. It was never delivered. They refuse to refund my money, stating I need to file a claim with USPS (their local delivery). I did file a claim, with USPS stating that the package WAS NOT delivered to my address. I sent to the company, who CONTINUES TO KEEP MY MONEY AND REFUSES TO REFUND. SCAM ARTISTS - THERE IS NO PRODUCT -JUST THEFT VIA CREDIT CARD.
