I signed up for a plan which was suppose to charge me 30$ month, however I was being excessively over charged. I contacted efax multiple times to resolve the situation, however they told me I would have to contact my sales representative. I contacted the sales representative twice with no response. However I Finally got in touch with Lais who helped me resolve the situation. Thank you so much.
