Excellent support
As an IT professional sometimes I have the displeasure of dealing with less than stellar support - HOWEVER, this was the polar opposite. Patrice was fantastic to deal with, exceptionally knowledgeable and ensured that (despite the time difference) my concerns were resolved before we concluded the call.
