Took the money and did not deliver

Jaime Lozoya contacted us early 2024 for additional orders of his products. We sent the payment around May of 2024. He stopped communicating after receiving the payment. After emailing him about legal actions in September, he replied in October and said he is held up by the production of the Molle and will ship by Nov. 1. He stopped communicating again after this and after several follow ups he finally emailed on feb 2025 (following year) and said he has now sent the order. But we received only 30% of it. By May 2025 he said he will send the rest of the orders (1 year after) we received another batch of products and it is still lacking around 30% of the whole order. Until now it is 2026 and the order has not been completed yet.
