Ordered many Scubapro service kits on Friday 7 January.
There was a problem on the web page which was solved directly the same day after mail conversation.
Got a message on Monday 10 January that they didn’t have everything in stock. They had to order from Scubapro.
On Wednesday 13 January I got to my surprise a message that my order was on its way to me.
Next Monday, 17 January it arrived to the address in Sweden
Good service and really quick delivery. I couldn’t find all service kits on the web page so I ordered one Scubapro kit from another company. I should have asked first if they could get it since they managed to get service kits so quickly from Scubapro.

Recently bought a buoy with a flag for diving but it won't sit upright in the water. I went back to ask about it and was told to find a stone on the beach with a hole in it it to tie to the buoy. No admission of faulty product and replacement offer. If I was meant to tie something to it, that should have been explained at purchase time. Having said that, I am always appreciative of people serving me in English, but pretty disappointed with the non outcome guys.

You explained to me that, your recently bought buoy, tends to turn so that the flag and pole does not point upwards. We gave You the advice that you could tie a coated lead weight underneath the bouy. Alternatively, if You are at the beach, You may be able to find a small rock with a hole into tie underneath.
For us it is a matter of course, that wind and size of waves can affect the buoy’s position in the water and that it is a necessity to have some kind weight underneath to keep it stable. With Your review we have now realized that this is not common knowledge for everyone. We apologize that we had not made that clear when You purchased the buoy and thus had a bad experience.
I’d like to remind You that we do have a 30-day return policy.
