Working with Edustaff has been a pleasure since the beginning. I worked with Nikki who was so helpful and most importantly understood the role I was looking for. First off, I want to thank Jay and Tom for helping look for work as a TA. These past months has been an absolute nightmare due to COVID. I would message Jay continuously hoping he had found a place for me, and he stayed professional and was never annoyed at my pestering; was always happy to help and to give me updates on where I was at in terms of opportunities. So thank you Jay, COVID was an extremely tough period to find jobs for any field.

I got an opportunity as a TA, and Tom was my agent and worked flawlessly with me in getting the position I wanted. Everything I asked for, Tom delivered... He explained everything to me, on what I needed to do, how things would work etc. and was always fast with responses. Tom was vital in securing my position as a TA, and he did it so quickly. I spent about a month searching with Jay, (due to COVID), then about 2 days in trialing for my position and secured it.

Edustaff were the first agency to respond as I began looking for Graduate Teaching Assistant positions. In a matter of a few days I had received calls from Nikki and Tom, began completing the paperwork and heard back from a potential school. Tom took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and promptly found a suitable role. I received fantastic support from Tom who provided frequent and prompt correspondence over email and phone, even during the weekend! Any questions I had were answered fully. After applying and meeting the position requirements I have received immediately an email from Kristen Kemp offering me an interview after 4PM the same day. I waited for the call for hours and never received it. I got in touch with the company learn that she had left and would not be in the office until after the weekend. I followed up the email and also got in touch with the company pointing out the issue and never got a response. A company who has no respect of consideration for people in difficult times, giving false hopes and making you reschedule other interviews for never getting a call or a response.

Edustaff got me a job really quickly and smoothly! I spoke to Lee Raynor, who gave me loads of useful advice and communicated well throughout the process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a schools-based job!

I was contacted by Nikki about a role where the school specifically wanted someone who spoke French which I do. I had previously been in contact with another consultant who worked with schools more local to me. However, Nikki really went the extra mile by finding me and putting me forward for the role which I am extremely grateful for! She also was on leave at the time but still messaged me daily, helping me to prepare for the interview. She had a lot of knowledge about preparing for an interview, something I had not done in 5 years and was very nervous about.
