Experience

I signed up for edustaff in the start of august with many delays on my application I became disheartened however Isabella got in touch with me not only did she put together a trial day at a lovely school 10 minutes away from my home, she also gave me support on my career path. Usually consultants are abit pushy and make you feel bad about your decisions but she understood everything.

Isabella helped me secure a graduate role….

Isabella helped me securing a graduate role in a really good school while on my last term of university. She was really helpful and gave me tips on what to do. I don’t think anyone else would have made this experience go as good as she did.

Quick Response and Many Job opportunities

EduStaff have been really supportive offering me job vacancies within a close commute. I joined with EduStaff completing a short form and paperwork that took less than 30 minutes to complete and was offered an interview opportunity within 2 days of joining. EduStaff kept me up to date with useful in formation and responded to my emails/queries very quickly. They also regularly check in with you with job opportunities by email and phone calls. EduStaff emailed me the job opportunity they had available and also kept me up to date with what the job interview process will require. They also was able to ask the school any questions I had before my interview process. I was able to plan a successful lesson using what they have already been learning. EduStaff called and emailed me after to see how the interview was and my experience/ opinion of the school. They were also able to communicate with the school to see if I was a successful candidate for the role. Edustaff have helped me on my teacher journey as I was successful on my first interview and will start as an ECT this September 2022. They have a great selection of school connections and really listen to your job specification e.g year group you want to teach and travel / commute time. Thank you EduStaff for helping me apply for teacher vacancies and finding the perfect teaching role. Your professional help and guidance is a reflection of a great team and company. I highly recommend them to all teachers searching for a teaching vacancy.

amazing experience

After applying for a job on Indeed, I spoke with a lovely lady called Teresa at Edustaff. She sounded as if she had a beaming personality and was so happy to help me in securing my first ECT post.
Within a few days, I was given an interview and a few days later the job was secured. She was so kind, encouraging and helpful.

Helpful & not pushy!

Theresa was vey helpful and not pushy like some other agencies I have encountered. I turned down an interview and she managed to get me another interview at the same school when my plans to stay at a long term supply school position fell through for various reasons.

Matthew found me the perfect school!

Having got my previous teaching role through Edustaff I got in contact when I felt I was ready to move on. I was looked after by Matthew and he worked tirelessly to find me the perfect role. I was put in contact with a number of schools before eventually finding the perfect one for me. A big thanks to Matthew for all his hard work! I will definitely be back in touch if I want to move on in the future.

Friendly and caring Recruitment Agency

I was a recent graduate of science and decided to gain relevant work in the educational field. Edustaff as a recruitment agency was amazing! Super friendly people to talk with (I had Joy as my recruitment officer, she was really helpful and caring throughout my whole process) and made my experience easy and simple. They gave clear instructions and advice on how to best apply for roles, within a few weeks I was able to secure a placement as a Science teaching assistant. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for employment in the educational field.

Edustaff is an amazing organisation…

Edustaff is an amazing organisation that helped me secure a full-time position at a really good school within a couple days! I had previously been with another agency for 2 months before I came to Edustaff, and the other agency kept giving me trial days/cover shifts but never a full-time position, so you can imagine how ecstatic I was that Edustaff offered me an interview with a headteacher for a full-time position so quickly!! My consultant Joy is always there for any questions I have and is always so so helpful. Joy gave me so much advice on what to read up on about the school before the interview, and this advice really helped me answer the interview questions & get the job! Joy called me before and after the interview, and was always there to support me which I was so grateful for as I was a new graduate and was feeling very nervous. All the other consultants I've spoke to at Edustaff have been really lovely & kind and have always tried to help me no matter what.

Fantastic service!

A credible, assistive and genuinely friendly service from Nikki, thank you!

I applied for jobs via Edustaff without even knowing I had done it, but I'm so glad I did. I received a phone call from Nikki detailing the entire plan of what I needed to do to improve my CV and make myself more credible and accessible through providing references for employers. As soon as I had provided these sources, Nikki was onto getting me an interview. I was quite intimidated by the role title at first, however she very empathetically and patiently elaborated on the role and its value.

Having done my research on the school, I was seriously keen to get the job. Nikki prepared me to an exceptional level, speaking with me on the morning of the interview. She quite literally held my hand throughout! I received a job offer for my first job application in secondary education and with Edustaff, and I am so grateful.

Special thanks to Nikki for being so calming, useful and friendly.

Dissapointment

Absolutely terrible communication from Matthew Stanley regarding primary roles. Wasted my time after registering and given false hope.

Jay was BRILLIANT

Jay was BRILLIANT. He was a real cheerleader for me getting my job after graduation. Quick and efficient, after I got set up, he got me a telephone interview the same day! After a zoom interview the week after, I secured the role. Jay found me a role I wouldn't have been able to find elsewhere, I was working with other agencies at the time, and none offered me something so specific as this one. Thank you Jay x

Jonathan Sammons is an exceptional…

Jonathan Sammons is an exceptional consultant with an extensive level of knowledge and insight into the recruitment processes in edcuational institutes. He demonstrates a strong abilitity to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently between schools and candidates to be able to source the correct role for each person in an extremely timely manner.

He goes above and beyond to also ensure that any issues between candidate and agency are clarified and resolved within a smooth and timely manner. I had a really good experience in dealing with him, he wasn't even my personal consultant and the effort he displayed to resolve any outstanding issues was excellent. He is a real credit and asset to his organisation. Very enthusiastic and sincere. Definately would recommend working with him!

Excellent service, huge thank you to Jay!

My experience with EduStaff has been excellent. As an NQT looking to move abroad to London to start my career, Jay was incredibly supportive and kept in touch each step of the way. He was available to call or message whenever I needed him, was always such a huge help and had my bests interests at heart. He worked with me to find a school that best suited my needs, and once I received an offer for September kept me updated regularly on what was happening next. Thank you so much Jay! Would definitely recommend Edustaff for anyone else looking for their first NQT position!
