Beware of the "Lifetime Subscription"! I bought one several years ago, and was then suddenly informed that the previous software version was no longer valid, so I needed to buy a new subscription. And here's the icing on the customer cake -- I cannot export my existing files from a free version. Tell me, who does that?

Doesn't Work. Appalling Customer Service.
DO NOT BUY!! Not only did the software fail to activate but it took their customer service team 2 days to get back to me. Now they are arguing with me over a refund, asking for screenshot etc. I've never had such a poor experience with a software company. No wonder they've only got 2 stars here.

Was able to get a refund, but lots of hoops to jump through
I am adjusting this review from a one-star to a three-star because, in the end, they did issue me a refund for the software I purchased (although it didn't seem like they would at first even though I requested it the day after purchase)
I had purchased edraw max and ran into a few bugs while using it. The experience was not ultimately what I was looking for, though the software did have a lot of features and overall functioned well. I tried to get a refund via the money-back guarantee, but at first they would not issue me the refund until I sent them screen shots and screen recordings to show them the errors and bugs I was talking about. In the end, it was a lot of work for me and a lot of going back and forth with their team, but they did back their 'money back guarantee' after several days. If you purchase this product counting on the money back guarantee, I would advise you to proceed with caution. It is not a 'no questions asked' refund, and you will have to spend a lot of time providing proof of your problem before any refunds will be issued.
In the end, I hope the software works great for you and you do not need to request a refund in the first place. Cheers everyone!

Paid for the full version, only got the trial version. The desktop applications shows my purchase, but still insists that I haven't paid for the full version. This is literally a scam. You pay and then they still don't let you use it. I strongly recommend staying away from this product and this company in general.

Edraw is definiely the best solution for all company sizes.
Definitely the best and most complete suite of applications for any area of your company. In addition to being totally intuitive, it allows you to create documentation from construction plans, project dashboards and content for social media with great quality even with little technical skill, saving a lot with consulting and marketing agencies.

Problems with download. Resolved eventually!
Update: 18/02/2022.
I have been contacted by Wondershare. They have sorted out my problem which is good, and Lily from Wondershare deserves credit for sorting it out with perseverance. I have therefore updated my review score and changed the title. I still cannot score more than 3 stars though as it has taken a month and numerous emails to sort something out where I provided all the evidence on day one.

I bought it on 19/01/2022 check it out on your system.
I bought EdrawMax on 19th Jan together with download insurance, it is now 1st Feb. I still haven't received a license key, I have emailed the support team and the sales team and have had absolutely no response. They are taking money without delivering product and ignoring their customers. Avoid this company.
An update on 1st Feb - they contacted me via email and sent me a link to show me how to download the product. Clearly they never read my email (which was attached to theirs) where I said I know how to download the product, its the license key they haven't sent me. It goes from bad to worse. Still haven't got my money back or an installed product. Very poor customer service.

Autosave are the utter basic in any software here in the 21st century.
Who should I bill for those hours? My client???

Misleading Software and very disappointing
I was looking for software which would assist us with organograms and process mapping for our organizations processes. Edraw seemed to be the best product which seemed user friendly to use. I purchased the product and after purchasing the Lifetime product I realized that the product did not have the structures and the shapes in the predefined libraries. If I knew I was not going to be given access to the software I saw online I would have rather purchased another software. This is a very disappointing service and extremely misleading on the part of Edraw.

Edraw, best diagramming software I came across
Edraw Max is very intuitive and easy to use. Many attactive templates are available to quickly build professional illustrations/diagrams. Easily create math equations, drawing process flows or instrumentation diagrams, etc. Personally, I rate it as the best diagramming software I came across so far.

Good but has its flaws
The pricing is very competitive.
I am using the mindmapping software from edraw. I imported a xmind map and the import was successful. A few glitches such as the internal links between pages in the map were gone. In defense the software mentions that the import is not 100% ready. However when I tried to manually create the links the navigation does not function when I click, it keeps opening the edit dialog. I am not sure how the links are supposed to work. Tried the same with weblinks.
PDF and Word export was pretty bad quality compared to the xmind software. I would not use it in its current state.
Clicking of links opens the edit links window instead of navigating the link itself. I dont know if this is an intended functionality or a bug. Still waiting on the support to reply.
I bought the lifetime license and hoping improvements are made.

Misleading product features and unhelpful support.
I was looking software which would assist us with mind mapping and mapping some of our corporate processes. Edraw seemed to fit the bill. I went on the website, saw that it had a desktop and online version and made the purchase. Much to my dismay, I learned that the online edition was not included my purchase. It was just the desktop version. I don't think anyone would have assumed the online version wasn't built into the pricing based on the website text. I found this to be very misleading. I approached the company for a refund and was promptly refused.

Longtime customer's upgrading experience
I have been using Edraw Max for many years and recently had difficulty in upgrading to the latest version. The first email I sent did not get a reply -- could have been something to do with COVID 19 -- but the second email was replied to by Support (Ella) very professionally and the problem was sorted. I have deducted one star for the issue with the first email, otherwise I am 100% happy with their support.
