Attended local branch of EC in Chapel Allerton with suspected puncture. Staff examined tyre and found no defect. Turned out it just needed pumping , which they carried out in an understanding and polite way. They refused to take any payment. As always their mission is to help any inexperienced cyclists.

There were 2 factors that demonstrated excellent service from the Edinburgh bicycle shop. I needed a quad pro set for a motorcycle trip I was going on and it was a last minute purchase. Firstly the price was excellent and the cheapest I could find but most importantly they delivered it earlier than expected, just in time for my trip. Thanks so much and keep up the 5 star service.

This shop was selling the new Onguard Rocksolid lock at good price. My order was sent out rapidly, arriving in London in a couple of days, and just in time before I was leaving for mainland Europe.

I got a broken bike from a friend but had a very small budget to fix it. Łukasz made it like new again and even months later it is still in great condition. Great shop! Recommend strongly

The communication is poor I have no idea when my tyres will turn up. Received an email say they don’t have them then another email at the same time billing me???

Needed to return a part that didn't fit - very easy no hassle was able to return the item and get a refund without problem

I’m still waiting for the goods which were in stock but on 25% payment went out of stock!
An update from 20/9, I'm pleased to report that the shop has reached out to confirm the rack is in the store and they'll fit it too! That's good customer care!

Edinburgh cycles leeds. Purchased levo s works and ,,, all the team from start to finish made a really fantastic experience. Knowledgeable with good advice on spec. Collection experience 100% with help and advice . Nothing too much trouble.. bike set up absolutely spot on and went above and beyond with some extra setup I asked for .. 100% recommendations.

Order the item which was showing as in stock.
2 days later received 3 x emails telling me it was not in stock.
1 day later received the same 3 emails all over again and then again later that day.
What a mess !!!

Placed my order was given an order reference number, then I received an email stating my item had to be picked from another store and then given another delivery date that was not met. 14 days I waited for my item only to be told they had received it back from royal mail. Refund given

Excellent service, spending time to work out what I needed, and sourcing a part that wasn't available off the shelf, from the workshop.

Arrived very well protected and at the time specified. Everything set up and ready to go .

Order cancelled with no communication. Item shown as in stock, received email to saying it would be dispatched in 2 days with no further communication. Chased a couple of times to be told it had been cancelled. I was not charged which is good, but a shame as wasted a couple of weeks for an item I could have got quickly elsewhere if I had known.

Excellent customer service I purchased brand-new bike from them, but my bike has a problem and they sorted out very satisfied special thanks to Gavin

Staff efficiency, good quality of work , staff is friendly and they always accommodate you with and without appointment. They are simply the best.

Someone had tried to steal my rear wheel and John (I think) from the Rodney street branch tightened it up free of charge. Thanks John!
