Edinburgh Airport Official Parking Reviews 

Parking was well signposted, and pre-arrival instructions were clear. There was plenty of spaces. Shuttle bus was regular.

Improvement could be made to the Plane Parking area with flat/level footpaths from the bus stops into the centre aisles. We were struggling to find spaces between cars to fit through with children and large cases, especially where the ground was gravel not tarmaced.

As always the service was excellent great reception and friendly staff.
Really easy and close to aeroport

Straight forward entry to the parking area. Parking area is great size and well laid out to park easily and safely. Shuttle bus frequency is spot on and bus stops in the parking area are well positioned for reasonable walk to your car. Exit procedure straightforward and hassle free. Would certainly use again and recommend to friends who may be looking for reasonable parking in future.

The carpark is well situated although not very clear how to access it from the terminal.

Really easy to book online, number plate recognition allowed barriers to open promptly on entry and departure so no fiddling with paper tickets or risk of loosing any tickets.
Long stay car park was colour coded and well sign posted from the road making it easy to find. Plenty of parking spaces inside (just remember to make note of what row you park in) and just a 5- 10 min walk to the terminal.

I left my phone on the plane parking shuttle bus. I drove through to Edinburgh the next day and spoke to the driver of the shuttle bus. English guy with mirror shades. He had picked the phone up and put it in the lost and found. So thanks driver!!

Mid stay car park was just a 5 minute walk from the terminal! Easy to find a space. Well sign-posted from the entrance to the airport. Would use again!

Reason for only 3 stars, To expensive

Frequent bus to and from plane parking. Good value. On the airport site.
I went to the wrong parking area at first, it can be confusing. Was assisted at barrier.
The car park was almost full.
You don't need to get a ticket as it recognises your reg at barrier.

Simple and easy - park right across from terminal and the car is waiting on you when you return- All staff were very helpful

Easy to arrange and organise in advance. Plenty signage and bus service was prompt. No complaints.

Swissport at Edinburgh Airport have had 2.5 (two and a half) hours to deliver our baggage to the correct terminal. My airpod shows the bags haven't moved for 1.5 hours. Although the problem is with Swissport, Edinburgh Airport accepted this excuse for a company as baggage handling agents. Edinburgh Airport is equally culpable for the shocking service.

Easily done, been there a few times now. If we needed assistance it was not a problem. Definitely worth giving it a try.

Have booked Fast Track parking now on a few occasions and won’t book any other parking. Very easy process. And only a minute’s walk to departures. Great facility close to the terminal.

Return flight from Catania was cancelled due to Mount Etna volcano erupting with volcanic ash cancelling all flights for a few days. We eventually managed to return 2 days later after very expensive & chaotic travel arrangements. When we returned I had to pay £50 extra which was sort of expected. But on final exit I had to pay yet another £10 to leave. No idea why. No-one was available on the exit intercom so I had no option but to pay. Also the Edinburgh airport parking website would not let me change my extended booking online despite the website advising this should be done. Next time I fly, which is frequent, I’ll go back to my old favourite SECURE AIRPARKS, despite the short transfer on the bus. Edinburgh Airport Direct Parking has lost me as a customer
