Never Delivered

Ordered a delivery, the tracker online said that it was delivered and it wasn’t. Called the store they said they couldn’t contact the driver so they remade and sent it back out. And yet and again no delivery. Seriously the worst service ever. if I could give it negative stars it would. I have had better service from other business that don't speak English.

Wrong Address, Terrible Customer Service, Out $100.00

We ordered from Edible Arrangements expecting a thoughtful gift to reach someone special. Instead, our order was delivered to the wrong address, the intended recipient received nothing, and we were left out $100.

The photo "proof" they sent us - clearly shows that it is the wrong house/address.

Outside of this mistake itself, is how it was handled.

When we contacted customer service, the “manager” we spoke with was shockingly rude, dismissive, and offered zero accountability or resolution. Any reputable company would acknowledge the error and make it right. This one did not.

Between the lost order, lack of compassion, and unprofessional treatment, this experience was unacceptable from start to finish. Had we seen the volume of negative reviews beforehand, we never would have placed this order.

We will absolutely never purchase from this company again, and we strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting them with your money or your gifts.

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a Tea Bento Box, Bestsellers 6 Pack from Tea with Tae for my mother’s birthday. I ordered a week ahead of her birthday. It ended up taking 25 days for her to receive it. I messaged OnGoody which apparently is a 3rd party customer care to Edible and they told me I have to reach out to Edible Arrangements directly to get a refund. I tried contacting Edible Arrangements and you can’t contact a customer service area, you can only get in contact with local edible arrangements which doesn’t pertain to this situation at all. I emailed OnGoody and told them they need to contact them for me and make this right. It’s been over a month and still no reply.
This company needs to honor their shipping policies and stop working with 3rd party vendors that can’t deliver their shipments.

I would give this a 0 star.

I would give this a 0 star.
This company uses a 3rd party (Uber) delivery service. This was told to me by the agent I spoke with over the phone.

1st thing agent said "There is no picture" (Proof of delivery).
US Bank Tower building. Which is a highly secured building.
They had check cameras within an hour period before and after supposed delivery and nothing. Nobody showed up to deliver.

The excitement of getting a special delivery is something my newly fiancé didn't get to experience.

Local grocery is better

I ordered a $$$ flower and food arrangement to be delivered to base (Ft Hood, TX). I get a call from the local venue to inform me that they don't deliver on base and my options are pick up or refund. So I broke the surprise to my wife to pick it up. Now I found a work around for way better price and more quantity. That is using HEB delivery option for this Valentine's 2026.

Terrible customer service

My granddaughter is in the Navy and she ordered flowers and fruit for my birthday. The flowers were frozen and limp. I sent a picture two weeks ago and have contacted the site 3 times with nothing but auto generated emails. Terrible rip off.

Received a Christmas gift that was far from edible. The fruit was not ripe and the arrangement was thrown in trash. Sent photos to edible arrangement asking for a remake and they cannot help me since I don’t know the order number and ordering information even with photos and proof of item given to me. The gift was not edible at all. I’ll be certain everyone considering edible arrangements doesn’t waste their money. Totally disappointing. All I wanted was an edible arrangement remake lol

Shameful Business Practices

Ediblearrangements took my money, never fulfilled my order, and they will not return any correspondence which I have been trying to send for the past weeks to both the store that was supposed to fulfill the order (Lenexa, KS, store #323), and their corporate website (you can't call them directly, and they won't respond to me online).

Not delivered... customer service instore and online ignored all my messages

I made an edible order.... early morning on 12/23/25.... to be Delivering On Tue, Dec 23, 2025. I paid all the necessary fees to be delivered on 12/23/25.. the order was never delivered... the order status was pending even after 11:00pm on 12/23/25. so I contacted their customer service help via their website - I never received a response....to make matter worse. I called their customer service phone on 12/23, 12/24, called daily till 12/29/2025 and yet they never answer my calls. the decatur edible location also never picked up or answered my calls. I left a voice message and they never returned my call. I noticed my order indicated pending on 12/23 and 12/24....I logged into their website today 12/30 and they changed status to attempted delivery...this company customer service is fraud. basically did not deliver the service, ignored me, and still held my money.

Edible Failed to Deliver Christmas Gift…

My daughter sent me a Christmas Gift through Edible Arrangements - 336 for delivery on Christmas Day. The gift was delivered to some random home in a completely different zip code. My correct address was noted on the Edible delivery tag ACCURATELY. Fortunately the recipient called a few hours after delivery to their home to let me know and asked if I wished to pick it up. I was shocked to learn this but grateful the recipient called me to pick it up. Since it was several+ hours after the delivery the flowers + the chocolate covered strawberries were already mushy and melted; not in the form intended for delivery. Since the address was correctly noted on the delivery tag, I have no idea how the Edible delivery person could have delivered it to some other random address in a completely different zip code. I called Edible to complain & ask for an explanation. But they did not call me back. Very disappointed in Edible & would NEVER recommend Edible to anyone based on this experience.

Store 1631 - Mahwah NJ

Store 1631, Mahwah New Jersey. Failed to deliver my order to my sister in a nursing home facility on Dec. 23. Left 2 voicemails, and made múltiple calls. No response means no respect for the customer!!! Probably won’t get a refund, but I’ll keep trying. Submit 3 complaints to their customer service dept. No response!

Really zero stars

Really zero stars. Absolute and total rip off. Every year the arrangement I receive is worth a fraction of what the sender paid for it. Impossible to complain. Complaints are given the run around. Buyer beware.

Edible Arrangements had horrible…

Edible Arrangements had horrible customer service I spent close to two hundred dollars on my dad’s birthday gift and the present did not come until his birthday was almost over the lady explained to me that they had around 20 orders to deliver that day. Which was not my problem. By the time they came I was at a dinner with my family. They left the two hundred dollar present on my porch even though they were told a neighbors cat comes to our porch frequently. They have no disregard or respect for their product or customer. It seems this is common practice for them around the country. But the location I am speaking of is North Dargan Street in Florence SC the lady’s attitude who answered the phone was also horrible when I was just checking on my order. I did not give her attitude but she did give it to me.

BEWARE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AS A BRAND.

Choose a Different Company

One of the rare occasions I neglected to read the reviews.

Ordered online on 12/13/25 for delivery on 12/14 to be fulfilled by the nearest "franchise" store. 12/14 received email of delivery, but didn't hear from recipient on either 12/14 or 12/15. Called recipient 12/16. Delivery NOT made. 12/16 at 1:30pm called store about non-delivery.They checked on it & said an Uber Eats driver had delivered it. I had not been made aware that some food delivery service was being used instead of having their own. I told them delivery was not made. They told me they would send out a replacement product. I was told they would inform me when it left the store for delivery and that the delivery driver would send me a photo confirmation of delivery. I did not hear from them again on 12/16. 12/17 arrives & I expect to hear from them fairly early assuming my order would be top priority since there had already been a screw-up. At 2pm I had still not heard anything from them so I called again. Was told it was out for delivery. They never called as promised to let me know when it left store. At 6:30pm still nothing from store, driver or recipient. Again I call store. Employee who answered phone checked with driver & order was still in drivers vehicle, still to be delivered. Order was finally delivered 15 mins later. Driver called me with verbal confirmation. Recipient texted me with verification and photo. No photo was sent by driver as store had promised. On the whole, there just appeared to be no real concern by the company store that they had thoroughly botched my delivery and surprise gift to my recipient.

I have found in my experience that the "franchise model" used in companies leaves much to be desired when it comes to the customer experience on many occasions. Many companies using franchises appear to use them more to save brand name money and avoid responsibility for poor customer service. I feel many companies just do not create enough oversight over there franchise stores and how these stores are serving the public. You would think that wouldn't be the case if it harms the brand.

As for using food delivery services such as Uber Eats shows me that the company is again passing the buck and accountability for their service. If I had known that Edibles did business in this manner and that they did not have in-house delivery service, I would have never ordered from them in the first place.

I will not do business with them in the future.

After contacting corporate headquarters, this was their response:
HI We All ready Connected With Customer & Rodies Is Not Delivered On Proper Place But We Send Our Driver yesterday & Order is Delivered Successfully & We Also Inform The Customer

I believe this response says it all. Not even an apology. And I ordered a Christmas Fruit Bouquet. I have no idea what Rodies are.

Terrible experience with the 1 and only…

Terrible experience with the 1 and only order I placed. Items were missing, the note wasn't included so the receiver had no idea who sent the gift. Company's website support form is non functional making it impossible for you to get any support. Steer clear and use a professional like Harry and David to send your gifts instead.

Ordered a 75th birthday gift a week…

Ordered a 75th birthday gift a week before the delivery date, paid extra delivery surcharge, and it never got delivered. Called the store and corporate and it was nothing but finger pointing. No one could care less that I paid $130 for nothing. Corporate guy was borderline rude and said "blame the website, it's shitty". All I heard was "it's not my fault" and he spoke rather aggressively as opposed to apologetic as I wouold expect. No one could even pick up a phone to call me and say that my order wasn't going to be delivered. I will never order from them again.
