Had a snafu with my new penis pump after a week of usage. Contacted customer care via email, and Abel responded almost immediately. After answering a few questions, he informed me that he would send me a new one. In short, it was a great experience and excellent customer service. I’ll continue to order my supplies from this company knowing that they back their products 100% hassle-free.

I ordered a few things from Eden. First, let me say their shipping was the fastest I have ever received. One of the items was missing a piece that was needed for it to work. I contacted customer service and explained what was missing. Customer service offered to replace the full piece. I explained I only needed the part that was missing and they advised they do not sell that piece separately and is replacing the entire toy.

I am overwhelmingly happy with the order and their customer service.

I accidentally gave the wrong address on my order by not paying attention to my payment information autofill. I contacted customer service when it said my package was delivered in the wrong state. Once we figured out what had happened, I apologized and figured that was the end of it. Instead, they replaced my order and sent it to the proper address with no fee!! I am very appreciative and impressed with their customer service. They also responded immediately. Didn’t leave me hanging at all. Great company!

The customer service representative, Ivy, was very helpful. She was excellent, a good ambassador for your company. I called because an Item I used only a couple of time stopped working despite putting in fresh batteries and repeatedly trying . It turned out that the item was discontinued and she was very patient and helpful in assisting me find a suitable and more suitable replacement. It is not the first time that previous purchased items (rechargeable ones) stopped working, but at least they lasted some time. UPDATE: The replacement item arrived in a timely manner, a couple days sooner than expected, via DHS and UPS.
