Excellent service from eel-optics and excellent price compared to other sites. Only downside - - returns aren't free and while my sunglasses are incredibly beautiful - - I had no idea from the pictures that the lens was so light in colour - it's pretty useless as a barrier from the sun. I would return if it was Ireland, but return to Germany isn't worth the cost.

I made a purchase on the 8th of April, and still no resolve or update on the sunglasses I payed for. My holiday has passed by and yet nothing, no clarity and customer service are now responding in German when I query with them. Very unprofessional, avoid doing business with this so called company

Very happy with my purchase
Very happy with my purchase, RayBans. Delivery by courier came quickly and on the expected date. Initially had issue with payment but rectified once I contacted customer service.
Only removed one star because it was so difficult to find the right customer service. Contacted US first then finally reached UK support.

Placed an order on the 8th of april 2022 had a bit of contact with this company and now we can not get hold of them to see where our item is. We have sent numerous emails with no reply and also can’t get hold of a customer service representative over the phone either now.
