Ecykler assisted as soon as I got in the shop. Personally the owner took care of my transaction today and answered my questions as a newbie in Road bike. Looking forward to my first Road bike journey. Highly recommended if you are looking for ebike.

My experience with eCykler is nothing short of great.
The staff is always welcoming, very skilled and the manager Torben is a great salesman, personable and service-minded.
They have the best bike shop I have seen in DK with top brands like Riese Muller, Koga, Gazelle etc...
I acquired a Riese Müller Supercharger GT with Rohloff, and it is now running really well. I was unlucky to have a kick stand breaking shortly after acquisiton, but eCykler replaced it for free. The bike was even picked up at my work and delivered at my place, free of charge.
If you are looking for a shop to buy an ebike, this is the place to go.

maybe it can be good for extremely cheap bicycles my experience was this :
they did the service to my Full Carbon bike and and they didn't change anything, they asked me for 1800 dkk and they didn't do anything when I asked why they didn't change at least the brake pads,
The answer was :we don't have brake pads for carbon wheels and in the end I paid 1800 dkk for nothing and I lost money and time!!

I am sorry that you are not satisfied. But please don't be dishonest in your review. We did a) perform a service on your bike and b) replace the chain and c) the bottom-bracket (kranklejer). That's not consistent with "they didn't do anything".

Excellent place to buy a eBike, they have a strong service & fair approach :-)
Just bought a fin ebike and got good & kind guidance.
A few weeks later a new product added to my eBike did not perform 100%. Both ECyker & Supplier of the new product were extremely helpful in trouble shoot & making it work.

Purschasing bike was easy, enough e-mails to understand the needs. Reliable and fast enough delivery. This was the only shop in the world I found this certain Cube Agree GTC Pro 2015 model. But: gripping has made a little bit off-handed and the tape in the end of the grip doesn't fast. And the saddle was dirty.
