It has been a month since I placed my order. I sent an email to the vendor and have not received a response. Also, I see 2 order numbers for the same purchase. However, I do see only one payment, so far.

very gratefully marketplace for buying and selling

I purchased a DVD "Mischief" 1985 from RareSunrise Sep 27, 2024. It arrived Oct. 15 after I inquired about the delay but did not come with a DVD case as shown, but just the disc in an envelope. The disc did not work when tried to play it Oct. 17 and e-mailed the seller and still waiting for reply from RareSunrise Customer Service, but fear it is a $13 loss for me.

My complaint with eCRATER is their site asked for feedback but the "comment for seller" box kept telling me I surpassed the 200 word limit, when I had 50 words left. I tried 4 times but unable to explain my Negative Rating.

On Oct. 22 eCrater posted that RareSunrise refunded my $12.98 in full. Today I got my bank statement and on 10-21 RareSunrise posted $2.98 - I am an even $10 short of a full refund. Go Figure.

It's a total scam, do not give them any personal information. When you make a purchase multiple people that same-day will contact you stating that they're trying to deliver your item.

I ordered something about three weeks ago but I haven’t received anything yet. Only thing I received was a tracking number which really don’t tell me where my package is. My package said it had been shipped but the tracking number shows it has been sitting in the same place the last two weeks but I hope I get my package soon cuz it’s been long enough

I was hesitant with going with this site but turns out it's legit. Very happy with my purchase.

Good experience buying rare seed from Taste shop. Full instructions included and well packaged. They got to the other side of the world quickly. Recommended. Seed can be tricky to germinate so a rating on that can be unfair.

I ordered Hoka shoes, 2 pair on ecrater. It has been 8 days and i have not got confirmation on my purchases. I did try to contact and also no response. I will never order on ecrater again. I have no order number because I have not received any confirmation and did not screen shot the page when i placed my order. Ecrater responded and said my review is bogus because i have no order number, obviously they did not read my review. My bank is investigating this thankfully. I do have a picture showing that ecrater still has the shoes for sale. I still at this time have not received any confirmation of purchase tho they surely charged me for both pair of shoes. Has been 9 days since i placed order and was charged. Ecrater is scamming .

Have looked and wanted the complete set and series of The listener for some time. Am so glad finally found them her and will enjoy them for years to come. Thank you so much.

I ordered a pair of Miami Dolphin shoes! The seller has been very difficult they shipped to wrong address, he’s telling me i have to go chase down postal service! I told them numerous times and they confirmed the correct address only to still send to wrong address and now won’t even issue a refund cause I was out of town and I’m not chasing down a postal service that has several post offices in one city! Very, very poor business and handling. I’m now out of money and no merchandise! I’ve been patient and have been waiting for weeks! All he keeps saying is you didn’t go to post office!! No you shipped to wrong address and don’t want to honor their mistake!

Waiting, waiting…….still waiting. Not just for goods purchased, but for a response to where goods are or money to be funded!

Not a happy customer. Only ordered two bottles. Is it that hard!

Ordering was easy. Unfortunately, my order ran into delivery issues — it was never delivered. A replacement order was sent, but that also never made it. Customer service was great. They were very responsive and they resolved the issue. They have great customer service. They care!

Waste of time KEEP contacting asking for oreview and ignore the fact I've not even received goods xx A big scam
