Ordered Ecozone Forever Flush 2000, dropped the sealed jar directly into the toilet cisterns, nothing after 4 days, so lifted them out of each cistern and Purple Dye flooded out, replaced them and then worked for a week, but now the flush water is clear si obviously the cartridges are spent. Total waste of money they don’t do what ECO state 2000 flushes, more like 200, totally useless and waste of £10, never buy them again

Hopeless kitchen cleaner spray. Doesn’t degrease. Poured it away ….. guess that’s ok as it’s eco. Won’t buy again

I have used Ecozone lauundry stain remover a few times and found it previously moderately good at fulfilling the claim in it's name. However the last bottle purchased seemed to be not only ineffective on some stains, but on others actually left patches that look like the marks a bleach stain might leave behind. After using this in a bedding load washed hot, then medium heat tumble dry my expensive cotton duvet cover is now covered in these light marks, effectively ruined and the only way it might possibly be redeemed is by dying the whole thing a different colour. I am very angry but unable to request compensation as I cant remember where or when I bought the bottle, but all I can say is beware of this stuff....it is very strong and might harm your clothing or bedding. I'm going back to Ecover.......

I purchased [Ecozone Dishwasher Tablets], and they left STAINS on both my DISHES and inside the DISHWASHER itself. Concerned, I reached out to customer service over a week ago, yet I have received no meaningful response.

When I did follow up, I was met with vague and dismissive answers like “the team is looking into it” and “we don’t have an estimated resolution time”. Worse, when I asked for a written confirmation of my conversation, the representative (July) flat-out refused, saying “I won’t send an email; I can only register notes in our system.”

I have since tested another brand using the same dishwasher, and the stains remain—proving that the issue was caused by Ecozone’s product. Despite this, the company refuses to take accountability, leaving me with damaged dishes and a stained dishwasher.

This is unacceptable. A company that ignores legitimate product issues and refuses to provide clear communication or resolutions does not value its customers.

I urge others to be cautious before purchasing from Ecozone. If something goes wrong, expect to be left without answers or compensation.

So I purchased your Ecozone forever flush on Friday the 18/10, I followed all instructions on how to use ect, unfortunately the forever flush 2000 only lasted a week ? Now it's been advertised to be able to get at least for than 1 week ? Do I have a faulty product ? It's only myself and the wife, so definitely no over usage !!

As the above I purchased the product from TK Max.

Is the product only meant to last a week ? I paid £4.99 for the product, which I initially thought was pricey however the Eco but sold me the product But surely not for a week ?

I'm really disappointed that a product didn't meet my expectations with such a short lifespan at the price it costed ? I look in hearing from you.

I bought soap buts 330 washes from ecozone.this is rubishy.wash very badly. Its very dodge product.just advert. Marketing desonest very poor unqualified product. No waste your money and time. Zero star.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I developed a severe allergic reaction after just opening the bottle of their Laundry Liquid. Itchy skin, itchy eyes, red patches on the skin etc. The smell of the product gives you a headache for hours. I cannot even keep this bottle in the house.
This is not a product for sensitive skin! It shouldn't say so on the label. It is highly allergenic. It is danegrous for people prone to allergies.How can they call themselves ECOzone?
Customer service was appalling. They couldn't care less.

I have bought waste bags from Ecozone before without a problem but they have changed the way you rip them off the roll and it doesn’t work. As soon as you reach the first fold the bag the ‘zip’ deviates and the bag tears.

What a waste of money and time! these sticks are supposedly staying in your drain pipes for 30 days.. 2 at the most. My bath/sink drain drains into an open drain, so i can see what is coming out of my pipes, and to my annoynance the orange stick arrived 2 days after being put into the bath.
Im sure a lot of people who do pay for drainage may not realise that their sticks are floating down the drains underneath, completly unused.
Emailed the company who replied with "If used according to the instructions on the label of the product, the sticks should stay in the siphon of your bath drain.
They will be dissolved fully after one month.
Unfortunately we cannot tell you what happened in your case and why.

I have gradually moved all of my household cleaning products to Ecozone and I have been very happy. The laundry stuff smells lovely and one big bottle has lasted me for 7+ months now; the kitchen spray works great; the de-scailer works wonders on my kettle; the dishwashing liquid smells great and cleans all dishes/cutlery great. I like that none of their stuff is tested on animals and is friendly to the environment, so I'll continue buying from them.

These do not always work. I usually buy the blue ones but this time I went for Indigo. What a mistake! After six weeks the water colour has barely changed and I was assured by the supplier that it should be a deep indigo colour and that these are probably faulty! I was offered a refund but they wanted my bank details to be sent over the internet! This is something I do not do. What are they thinking about? I will write off the cost this time and I will not buy any more of these expensive and unreliable items.

hello ..i bought dust mite stopper from ecozone ...the description of product stated that is made of natural safe plant based ingredients and esential oils (it has no smell es.oils usualy doo smell) ..on tag than the ingredientse its stated :N, N-Didecyl-N, N-Dimethyl Ammonium chloride, Water.
thats a corosive insecticide desinfectant...here its what wikipedia say about toxicity:
Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (DDAC) is a commonly used biocide that can cause lung inflammation and fibrosis. However, the mechanism of this pulmonary toxicity is unclear. Thus, we examined the mechanism for the DDAC-induced pulmonary toxicity at the cellular level by using lung epithelial cells...

i think the description of this product is misleading to consumer...
the form on their page coudnt be send and they dont answer my cuestion about the issue on their FB page ..i bought this product as natural safe esential oil based but now i dont trust it to use it...specialy that the company didnt offer explanation ..

Ecozone tube of thick tap/shower head descaler -absolutely useless. Does not work despite repeated attempts as per instruction on the box.

Took weeks to respond even after follow ups. Wouldn’t help with replacement product when product failed. Toilet cleaner dissolved in a matter of days instead of the promised 2000 flushes

I was in two minds about this product but decided to give it a go as it was on special offer (still overpriced for what it is) and was sorry I ever bothered. They made claims about its cleaning properties and that each unit lasted up to 2000 flushes. I found that it neither cleaned or lasted the number of flushes claimed by the company.

I followed the instructions and made sure that the toilet bowl was spotlessly clean but within a week staining started to appear so it was back to the good old elbow grease. The claim that it would last ‘up to 2000 flushes’ didn’t stand up to scrutiny either. The three units I had should have lasted 6000 flushes but all three units were spent in less than half this. I contacted Ecozone to complain but despite using on line form, they never gave me the courtesy of any form of reply. It seems that not only do the products not work, customer service falls severely short of acceptable. AVOID BUYING this item and get the cistern blocks from the pound shop, they last just as long and do just as good a job. Overall it’s an ineffective and overpriced water colourant.
