I have waited several months before rating Ecotiles, so as to offer an objective rating. Although it is a costly option, it is an excellent product and great value for money, which I bought to cover an old and uneven cement garage floor which was damaged and cracked. Even though the garage floor is not level, the tiles adapted extremely well, due to being flexible. I purchased the model 500/6 and have to say that it has been tried and tested with glasses of water- the water does not penetrate the interlocking mechanism. They are easy to lay (my husband did it alone) using a circular saw, but he states that they can be cut using any piece of equipment that cuts wood, without the need for professional equipment. They are extremely easy to clean and have an elegant and professional finish. The service from the company itself was very professional and efficient. I was initially sent a couple of the tiles to try and test the product (free of charge) before placing my order- which helped to see if they were in fact suitable. Any questions or queries were answered extremely quickly and and professionally. I live in Italy, in which the company was more than happy to deliver abroad (obviosuly paying the additional postage fee). The product was packed extremely well and arrived undamaged, in perfect condition. Delivery was expected to take a week, but actually took 2, but this was not an issue.

I think all the products are semi-finished until they are satisfied with the customer.
In this regard, the Eco-tile actively supports the technology until it is installed and delivered to the customer.

I bought the tiles for my garage - I do a lot of work on Land Rovers and tractors, so I wanted to check that these could stand some abuse. I put a tile sample under a castor of my heavy gantry crane. After a week, hardly a mark on it. Good product and a pleasant company to deal with.

Online form to request a quote was easy and simple - a quotation was emailed the next day and several days after that, I placed an order. Order process was quick and easy over the phone, and the tiles arrived a couple of days later. Customer service is very good, and tiles are good quality and look brilliant on our lab floor. I am being told they are relatively simple to fit, and easy to cut. Overall, very happy with Ecotile and would happily recommend them.

Excellent service and support - the team at Ecotile could not have given a better service in helping sort my latest order and the product is superb.

Can't fault them. Good price, speedy service and fitters were very friendly. Also saved a lot of time and very easy to lay. We would have had to close our bakery if we painted the floor and waited for it to dry. This system was laid without much disruption. I would use them again.

Excellent help from the organisation, and they were very efficient and took account of our requirement for delivery by a smaller vehicle.

The product itself has worked well, but be in no doubt it needs cutting by a saw. The use of a Stanley knife would not be possible in our experience.

But we've never had such a good garage floor!
