Their support is not great and their products are not bulletproof.
And bulletproof is what users need in the data realm. Avoid and use FreeFileSync and other great tools.

Bought ChronoSync from the Apple App Store and instantly realised it doesn’t support FTP.
We requested a refund straight away. While waiting for Apple to review it, we bought the full version directly from their website — because the App Store version is sandboxed and can’t do what we need.
We explained that we now owned two copies of their software and asked for a refund because:
1. We requested it almost immediately, before even using the app.
2. We then purchased the more expensive, fully-featured version directly from them.
Despite providing proof of purchase, they refused. “Final decision.”
No flexibility, no understanding.
To make it worse, the App is slow and we don’t even use it anymore.
We now download using JetBackup a superior product and Customer Service.
Feels like a complete rip-off. Avoid.
Have had a problem with Chronosync for some time now. Reported the problem and received a ticket number. However there is no response to my emails and resubmitting the problem on their website
I have used Chronosync for many years with no issues. Easy to use and free upgrades for life. What's not to like?
