Vancouver airport location does not…

Vancouver airport location does not rent cars, they are in the insurance business and give you a car to use during the time of your purchased policy. $6.00 per day for cars but you are required to pay $30.00 per day for insurance. They will not accept any other transferred insurance from your credit card or personal auto insurance unless you have ICBC (British Columbia’s Provincial) insurance. They won’t let you have the vehicle otherwise.
It’s a scam.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Was extremely misleading. Third time I’ve used economy and every time it’s bad. Plus they never have the car you reserve. Never again.

Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Alex Pepe and the rest of the guys were efficient, professional, and very helpful. Will definitely be renting here again when I return in a few weeks.
