I’ve been using Ecommshack for a couple of years now and have had a really positive experience throughout.

The system is straightforward to use and makes managing everything very easy. The team are also great to deal with — responsive, helpful, and always on hand if needed.

Most importantly, it’s been reliable. We’ve never had any issues, which is exactly what you want from a prep centre.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid, well-run service.

I’ve been a customer of Ecommshack for just over a year now, having previously used a different prep centre. Like most sellers, I spent a long time self-prepping and shipping, which quickly eats into time that’s far better spent sourcing, purchasing… or simply being with family.

Over the past year I’ve had plenty of interaction with the team — mainly Hazel, Claire and Joe — so I decided it was time to visit in person (and when I say “pop up”, I mean a 2.5-hour drive each way!). This was my first time ever visiting a prep centre.

What I found was a genuinely organised, family-run operation. Husband and wife teams working together — Craig and his wife, and Hazel and her husband — and it was great to finally put faces to names. Seeing boxes on site containing my products, ready for collection, was a reassuring moment.

Craig has plenty of room to expand, and I’d strongly encourage anyone considering outsourcing this often tedious but essential task to get in touch with him. You won’t regret it

Had never used a service like this before so was cautious. A call with Craig allayed all hesitations I had, now I cannot imagine a business without them. They have given me back so much time, which in my current busy life is something that i am extremely grateful for. The dashboard is user friendly and the team are helpful and attentive.

I joined Ecommshack early over two months ago, and they have been faultless.

The standout aspects for me are:
- Their inventory software, i.e. no Google Sheets!
- Hands-off service: I will not be involved when the inventory arrives in their warehouse. All labels, prep, Seller Central admin, shipping, etc., are handled by them without me

I look forward to working with them as my online business continues scaling.
