Took weeks to dispatch item with no reply to emails asking to cancel order. The item took such a long time to arrive that I had moved house by the time delivery was attempted. Can't contact anyone to amend address, cancel for refund, or otherwise. Terrible, terrible company. Avoid at all costs.
Awful company. They deserve zero star. Received incorrect item and sent 3 emails to their customer service to request refund. No response at all. Avoid these scammers.
Hard to tell whether they are a genuine company because their service is so bad. The item arrived but it took a month and then they refused to refund the item. Judging by the reviews I'm not the only one with this experience.

Great service, good website, a large selection on the website and easy to browse. Goods came quickly with a little thank you note. And a follow-up email from Nathan, founder and co-owner which was a really nice touch. A cracking independent business that I will use again.
What a fantastic company have started to get a lot of bamboo products and by chance clicked on to them after ordering I received a personalised email thanking me and an handwritten message with my order gives you faith that there some companies out there that appreciate customers still

I purchased an item then received a lovely email to thank me personally. A handwritten note on my delivery slip was the finishing touch. I love to feel I'm supporting someones business and have an emotional connection with a purchase.
The product was packed and delivered with no issue in a timely manner. I was kept in the loop throughout.
I could have purchased the item for the same price at other large retailers but after this experience I'll do my best to support Ecohuman.
