Claims to be a government-backed grant, yet there's no way to contact these people (no one answers the phone and it goes to voicemail which is full all the time) and no timeline of application - all they said was "you will be contacted shortly", without even an acknowledgement! I ended up having to fill out the same application twice, and the service has been really poor - three stars as of now, but it'll go down to one if there's no response! Who knows if I'll ever hear back from them?
