I notified EC04 10 days ago, our boiler stopped working and we need assistance. Only after two further emails sent did I get a response on the 12th March stating they had received my application. NOTHING HEARD SINCE.

We have no heating or hot water and we are elderly, my wife had a stroke and receives a small PIP payment.

The boiler had a fault, loud whistling, without a fault code. Mike managed to raise the fault code as it was an intermittent fault. He contacted Worcester Bosch and they replaced the part for free. No further issue.

Mike and his assistant A J sorted out the leak under my sink , and helped with an odd job with garden refuse bags I couldn’t lift. Mike also fixed a draft excluder at my front door.

Excellent service from Eco4 from start to finish. They designed and installed an AC system that was perfectly tailored to our needs rather than offering a generic solution, which we really appreciated.

The whole process was handled extremely professionally. Communication was clear throughout, we received regular updates and everything was completed exactly on time as promised. The installation team were efficient, tidy and clearly very knowledgeable.

We’re really pleased with the end result and the difference it has made. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such a smooth and well-organised experience. Highly recommend Eco4 to anyone considering AC installation.

A great service from eco4. We needed a new boiler installed as our old one was very temperamental and always had issues. We spoke to Mike Shah who recommended a new boiler. They came at the agreed date and swiftly installed a brand new boiler within a few hours. They carried out a flush of the system and we had a lovely warm house again. Mike then showed us how to keep an eye on the new boiler and its features. Mike and his team are very professional and cared for our home and needs.

I cannot recommend Mike highly enough. After a malicious act left my underfloor heating sabotaged during the breakdown of the business partnership between my previous builders, I found myself an innocent victim dealing with a system that simply wasn’t working. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Mike stepped in with exactly the expertise and calm professionalism I needed.

He approached the problem with patience, logic, and a methodical mindset. Mike carried out an extensive set of diagnostics to get to the true root cause of the underperformance, something no one else had managed to do. Once he identified the issues, he systematically executed the remedy with precision and care.

The outcome has been brilliant. My UFH is now performing exactly as it should, and I finally have peace of mind. Mike is not only highly skilled, but also honest, thorough, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly. Great support as ever. CE & HW were tepid and getting worse over time. Mike diagnosed the issue, even if it needed a couple of visits and part changes, and the system is back up and running perfectly. Great support, communication and follow-up. Fantastic.
