I have bought 3 items 24v hybrid inverter 48v hybrid inverter and the tracking system. All working well most reliable solar equipment I have purchased. I bought some of the cheaper versions that was really disappointing.

So far I love these new Panels (100w Bifacial).
They came quicker than I expected, four days.
The boxes were a little beat up but they were well protected and came through fine.

Easy ordering ,on time delivery only thing I was worried about was the box was damaged badly,looks like nothing is missing ,but have not used it yet

This was a fast delivery and arrived in perfect condition. The price was great as well. Thanks!

Lithium battery working great at a good price. I ordered the wrong inverter, but they refunded my money. I had to pay shipping, but that seems fair. Good customer service and would recommend ordering from this company.

Battery good- but I left at least three messages between 4/16 and 4/20 for call back with instructions with the support dept, and while I received a call back from two folks it was hours late, and my most recent message has yet to be answered. My opinion is you need to tighten up return call/chat support group

The website is completely broke. Links do not work, buttons do not work. If something actually works and it gets submitted, it comes back with an error but also says your information is submitted.

Whoever designed this website obviously is really new or used AI and not well

The only thing they're really good at is selling you something which is such the corporate thing to do but drop the ball if you need support.

They don't send items that are supposed to be included with the purchase and then they tell you they're back ordered for months.

It's kind of important to put the Wi-Fi dongle in with the hybrid inverter so your users can access the stats and monitor it via the app that you built, which I have yet to know if it works at all.

For now, since you refuse to send everything with the unit, some of us out here are now forced to wait months before we can really utilize your product to its full potential.

I can only imagine how bad, the batteries will be. Unfortunately, this was the product I researched and I thought was good, and I have yet to really use it because the company can't provide what they sell in a timely manner

What a great company, after a problem with courier not or could not find where to deliver ,i received my goods took a bit longer because of courier but we got there in end ,will not hesitate to use a gain thank you

Buyer beware, eco-worthy must have to worse after sale service, i just bought 4 complete server rack battery's, 24 battery's in all, upon opening them i noticed 4 battery terminal cover's were orange instead of red like all my other battery cover,s, i asked them if they could send me 4 red ones because it looks stupid and stands out, their answer no !!!!!!, know just imagine if you have a real after sale problem, your screwed, i regret this 26000 $ Cdn purchase

I dont know if its unfare but you dont ship to puerto rico even thou we are us territory, us citizen ( second class ) , we use same us postal service and fight in your wars , and you cant ship to us . I dont think is the way to treat us. if its a diferent cost , charger it , positive remark , its the second one Ive bought , lower price , good quality , I would recomend it , specialy for marine electric trolling motor, bluetooth monitoring capacity,excelent
