What a complete waste of time! 😤 No product, still waiting for a refund, and they're impossible to reach by phone or email. Avoid at all costs! 😠

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Quick to get someone out.
Quick to take payment.
Stupidly slow to send a report, with no timeline in sight.
Ignore all my emails, first the polite ones. And especially the demanding ones.
Hang up on you when you call them and ask for a timeline.
Complete shit house of a company.
You have been warned.

The company website stated £299 + vat for planning bat survey however when you enquire ours was £850 + vat. More than double the advertised price which is misleading and disingenuous.

The company would not allow us to view the report until they had a received payment which was very frustrating. When we did receive the report it was not what we asked for. They subsequently refused to amend the report to meet our original instructions leaving us out of pocket as we are still without the specific report we require.

Surprised at some of the bad reviews. Fast, competitively priced bat survey was carried out by eco360. All went smoothly with no problems.

Professional service, competitive rates and I would use them again, without doubt

Very unprofessional bunch of amateurs. Neglect to pay their invoices and are subject to county court judgements.

No back up for clients, avoid them and use professional consultants.

Was offered a job told to start the Friday, created an account for work logged into everything and was left waiting for 4 hours online for someone to come and give me an induction. I spoke to someone who "seemed" a helpful person and was told to log off for the day and log back on tomorrow and someone would 100% be with me and that I would be paid for time wasted. I logged on the next day to the exact same thing... 4 hours no contact regarding my work. I informed them I wouldn't be logging back on and would no longer be accepting the position due to unprofessionalism, wasting my time, meaning I had lost other opportunities and interviews and was again informed I'd be paid for 8 hours on the 1st of September. It's now the 24th I have not been paid and the man I was dealing with was stringing me along the whole time. I was told not to make a complaint as it would only be passed to him, that there was no email for the company and that I had to be patient. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS NOR ACCEPT A JOB OFFER.
