LATE

Products are fine. But as for the shipment, unbelievably slow.
Ordered on july 24th, today is aug 3rd, no sign of my sunglasses yet.
Next time Amazon.

Your order was dispatched on July 24th but as you choose the delivery by postal courier, instead of DHL, which takes 24/48 hours to arrive there is nothing that we can do about.

If you decide to buy with us in the future, we advise you to choose DHL and you will receive your parcel in 24/48 hours.

I am compelled to leave a review for this amazing sunglasses seller. From purchase to delivery - the pricing and service is by far better than any online seller, including the retail giants. All sunglasses they sell are original ( just had a Saint Laurent delivered and I am delighted! ) The customer service is easy to get hold of, quick to respond and they go beyond to help out and see your order through from start to end. When I mentioned them about a pair of Celine sunglasses I was lookin to buy and they didn't stock - they went out of their way to try and actually track them down. Now that is what I call a WOW service!

Slow to receive item, unacceptably slow on replacement of faulty sunglasses

Took 2.5 weeks to receive the item. Item was faulty, slow customer service response. Two months to return glasses and blames it on the manufacturers return period. No updates unless prompted. Would not use again.

My item was slow arriving and when I…

My item was slow arriving and when I mailed for assistance they replied promptly and assisted me in tracking my item and clearly showed me how the issue had nothing to do with them, , but with local irish postal service. Would I recommend them .. definitely yes great to deal with thanks eclipsun
