Had some questions regarding my 67…

Had some questions regarding my 67 Camaro. Maverick (cool name) was more than happy and eager to go above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Even found me the best deal possible. Will definitely be going back for parts.

You had what I needed

You had what I needed. Priced too high and shipping a way too high. Also not the easiest web site to navigate. I'm a vet, 80%service connect, intered my VA card, never got a discount.

Drive line swap out.

Building older vehicle sometimes requires updating electronic and drive train. This company offers such parts that works with swaps in older vehicles. I actually just put what I was looking for in search and they had it. Website works well for me. Easy to navigate. Thanks for specializing and support of keeping old iron on the road.

nice to see you pop up when i shop on the web.
been building & restoring classic & muscle cars with your help so long i used to page thru your parts flyers just for kiks !
now the parts for the same car that was worth 5K are being installed on a 250k resto mod !

Did something change

Did something change, was you bought out or something. You use to have first time buyers got 10 percent off and I was saved up to get $3000.00 worth of parts for my c3 , had to start shopping around for deals now!!

Take your money elsewhere

Purchased a $400 gift card, when we were ready to redeem, we were denied since Ecklers was bought out by Turn5 and we were told that pending contracts were not allowed after merger.
We called and were given $75 credit on a $400 gift card. Garbage company, save your time and frustration and use another place like OPGI or Classic Industries.

Won't deal with this company again!

Won't deal with this company again! Placed an online order for a part "in stock" with an OK delivery date range. No indication from the website or emails that my order was ever received. "Live person" chat function is an unresponsive AI program. 2 separate phone calls to customer service requesting an order confirmation email and shipping details/tracking number. No emails ever received. If you like dealing with a company that lacks follow up & drops your orders into a black hole - this ones for you.

Lost a customer over $6

I ordered a part on the 17th of April and got confirmation it was being shipped on the 18th. My card was charged on the 21st. It was supposed to arrive by the 24th. It didn't arrive so I called to find out the status and was informed that it had been canceled and I should have gotten an email and text, plus a refund back to my card. None of that happened, so I asked why was it canceled and was told it was out of stock, even though the website showed it was still in stock. He confirmed there were 10 available. He said he couldn't resend it because I already got a refund, which I never got. So I called back to the parts department and explained everything and said I obviously still needed the part. They said they'd make it right, but when I asked if they would cover the shipping to make it right the reply was NO! They did nothing to make it right, including never refunding my money. So I ordered it again in the hopes that it shows up this time, and will await a refund of my first order. I can't believe they refused to cover a $6 shipping charge to make up for their multiple errors, or to keep an existing customer happy. After I get this part I'll never order from them again, or recommend anyone to them.
