Great service
I've used this company for years. I was really disappointed when they closed my local branch, I still miss the staff, but I've not a had a problem with my deliveries and I get emails about when my orders are ready and being sent out and everything has arrived undamaged and I'm never missing anything. I have a refular order and it's easy to change it on the website so overall I'm sad the branch has gone but I've not had a problem with online orders.

Really helpful young man
Really helpful young man . I needed to change on to nicotine free vape due to up coming surgery. I currently use disposable ivg tapes. He got me sorted with liquids and a new vape kit. Great price too.

All sorted…
Not very impressed,having ordered from this company before, l decided to order a vape and pods so l could give up smoking another try. Fine paid for order and next day delivery. Had an email saying due to warehouse rearrangement the vape was unavailable , refunded and the pods arrived. Little bit of research led to the fact that this vape was discontinued and unavailable in the UK. I've got pods that cannot be used. They offered a refund if l send them back. Don't unload obsolete items to customers, bad practice.
Update... Had a very comprehensive email explaining their situation and apologising and have received a full refund for the pods which l cannot use and also have given me points to spend on the site. Very pleased with the response from this company and will use again.

I have a subscription with Ecigwizard…
I have a subscription with Ecigwizard that unfortunately has been more of a miss than anything. It's the 5th of June and I last received my order on 27 April 2026. Surely if the items are continually out of stock they need to review their stock balance??? I had a chat online which resulted in them saying my orders were in stock and they would dispense them immediately, not even 2 minutes later an email saying items were out of stock??? Makes no sense....I'm seriously considering going elsewhere.
