I’ve been a loyal Ecco Verde customer for nearly 7 years. Apparently, that loyalty expired before my last package arrived.
So, my order got lost (Bpost fault)... I contacted customer support, and to their credit, they responded once with apologies, a generous €5 coupon for my NEXT order, and… absolutely nothing else. No refund, no replacement.
They’ve since stopped replying to my emails, which is a bold customer service strategy. If the goal is to lose customers, congratulations, mission accomplished.
