Booked through Ecarz, I was delighted with Easirent's friendly service and the efficiency of their staff. It felt like a family business. I could have got the small 2 door car for just £8:35 the day which was the original deal but decided to take up their offer of extra insurance protection which came to £24 for the 24hr period. As it happens they gave me a free upgrade. Unlike other hire companies there really is someone there at night (till 12midnight) to check over your car probably because they are geared up for Heathrow passengers.

I booked with these simply for the price. When the booking was confirmed my rental was with hertz! And a much better car then i picked. Cracking result

Easy to book; easy check in and redelivery, booked full tank to full tank, no hidden extras. Had an upgrade to full-size at Orlando as they has rented all their Standard cars by the evening.

Good quality car hire, very cheap, but new, clean cars.
Picking up and dropping off at Dublin airport was a breeze and no problems with car or pushy staff selling insurance. Would definitely use again.

My car was rented through Interent and they tried to apply an extra charge of 7 Euros to clean the inside of the car at the end of the rental - beware!!
Interent also had unreported damage to the car when I collected it which I had to report before leaving.

This booking was a joke. I was allowed to use my debit card to make the purchase and they were quick enough to take my money and only then, after my money was taken was I advised that a credit card is needed to collect the card. They only tell you on the voucher after they take your money. Refused to refund me said this is in the small writing or whatever, this is not acceptable, you should be prompted this when they are accepting your debit card as payment. Never using this company again

I just wish that Goldcars were able to issue cars more quickly - I hate having to queue for 30 to 60 mins just to pick up a hire car. Why can't they get more organised and 1) issue the cars more quickly 2) when they issue it accurately record the condition of it so you don't have to return to the desk to report any scratches etc

Great car hire process - pity about the time to collect at Sydney Intnl Airport - why doesn't somebody indicate 'Express Shuttle Stop' (across car park) instead of general shuttle bus area, 200m away?
