Site is good as usual.

It's a shame that the website is only in German. I was making my booking from Germany and there wasn't an option to change the language.
Also I was not (actually I'm still not) sure, whether my booking was completed, or I still need to do with it something.
I tried to contact the company, calling the given phonenumber, but again....only in German.

Believe me, there are people who would like to make their booking via ebbokers and they are not Germans. Please make their life easier.

Anyway, you made me a nice offer, so generally I'm happy :)

We searched several websites, but Ebookers had the best price for us! We booked our hotel and everything went good so far. Hope to use them again in the future with good prices!!!

Very nice people worked there, nice rooms for a good price, and the most wonderful bed I've slept in for years. Also very central and close to Subway and Hauptbahnhof.

Booked for my wife with my profile but input her Frequent flyer number. Is now wrong in booking as being my FF number.
12 EUR charge for booking myself is sincerely a ripp-off and should be reflected in the booking price and not in last step! Very intransparent in order to position in front @ kayak etc.!!

I opted ebookers for making my latest flight booking, as it offered the rail and fly search option also. Not many other websites offer this facility. The rates were attractive, though I feel that the charges imposed for VISA cards are a bit too high! I fail to understand why there should be such a charge at all! The only other downside was that it took a while to get the automated confirmation email from ebookers.de after making the booking. As this was just an automated email, I was expecting to get it in 1-2 minutes and I really had to wait long! But in spite of these minor glitches, overall, I would recommend ebookers for flight bookings, particularly rail and fly bookings!

I am using several booking machines, and my experience with ebookers was very positive, simple in handling and quick in response.

Their website continues to reset. It ignores the length of holiday, and keeps booking me for a much longer trip. I accidentally booked the wrong return flights because of that. A tragic expensive mistake.

Very unhappy with additional charges that crept up throughout and after the booking process 27Euro additional to a 156Euro ticket cost.

Costumer should be aware of Credit card payment cost before payment. Italian, UK, and German sites have different prize for the same flight.

To order the flight ticket, this website can quickly provide the excellent choice. However, there is no more details information such as the maximum weight of carriage can carry.
